Caudéran is a residential and lively district of Bordeaux while being very close to the hyper center (4km). The location of the house allows you to do everything on foot. You will find all shops at 100m, direct bus to the city center (Place des Quinconces) 200m, beautiful shops and good restaurants and the beautiful Parc Bordelais nearby.
The house includes 3 large bedrooms and a small bedroom with 1 sofa bed, a large living room dining kitchen with bay windows overlooking the terrace and garden. No vis-à-vis.
