Villa Caretta is situated 1 mile outside the village of Esentepe in a small development of 9 villas with it's own private pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus a downstairs sitting room with sofa bed. Free high speed wifi. Three terraced areas around the villa offer shade throughout the day. High chair and travel cot are available. Esentepe is a typical large village with several grocery stores and restaurants. Larger supermarkets are found on the main coast road about 15 minutes away by car. Aligadi beaches are 20 mins drive away where you can watch turtles being released during the summer months. The prestigious Korineum 18 hole golf course is 15 minute drive away. The main town of Girne is 30 minutes away and has a picturesque harbour, a historic castle and lots of restaurants as well as opportunities for boat excursions.

I part own the villa with my husband and another couple. We live in West Berkshire and all love travelling. Most of us work in the IT industry and have been friends threw our children who are all now grown up.
Why they chose this property
We loved the quiet location of this villa. We have friends who also live permanently next door which is a great bonus for us.

We have a great property manager too who is on hand if required throughout your stay. She can arrange for any welcome shopping, is English, but has lived in North Cyprus for over 10 years.
