The house is located in the center of the Porto Alabe marina 5 minutes from the beach. The house is fresh and bright despite being under the veranda. The two bedrooms are quiet and well exposed, the master bedroom has a window, the bedroom has a French door. The bathroom is internal and has forced air exchange via a fan. The kitchen-living room is bright, well ventilated and spacious. From the rear of the house, exactly from the bedroom you enter the veranda and the corner of the services (outdoor shower, washing machine and drying rack) The veranda, although small, allows you to enjoy the view of the sea, sitting in a comfortable sitting room. The house is equipped with everything from hairdryer to microwave, from kitchen furnishings to dishes. It is clean and easy to clean, with attention to detail and tastefully furnished.

Welcoming owners who want to over- deliver

Emilio and Giuseppa were delightful and so accommodating. Their property is well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. We very much enjoyed dealing with them. Giuseppa had some nice welcoming touches and also gave us some fruit and vegetables for her garden. Google Translate was very handy as our italian and Giuseppa's english needed a bit of help.
