Casa Vanessa is located in a small condominium just 1 km outside the center of Albufeira and only 30 km from Faro airport. The villa is finished to high quality and has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 2 TVs, pool and darts room, and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. In the condominium there is a children's swimming pool, adult swimming pool and tennis court. The villa has beautiful terraces at the front and rear and air conditioning in the upper living space as well as in the 2 upper bedrooms. Recently a beautiful walking path was constructed completely separate from the main road, so ideal as a pedestrian and very safe for children. Along this road Albufeira can be reached in 20 minutes. Ideal for a stress-free evening walk to the center with its many terraces and illuminated stalls where atmosphere and conviviality are important.
