Luxury studio apartment with breathtaking views of the Esterel mountains and the Mediterranean see, only minutes from Cannes. This property boosts all the comforts you will need to unwind and relax whilst still staying in touch with reality. Free Wifi, DVD player, dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine and air-conditioning are all part and parcel to make your stay as comfortable as at home.
Enjoy shared access to a large heated swimming pool with massive sundeck, 420 cm trampoline and summer kitchen. Retreat to your own private sun sheltered summer kitchen or enjoy a game of "pétanque".
Bathroom includes shower/bath, hairdryer, toilet, heated towel rack and twin basin.
Kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, washingmachine, gas stove, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, coffee machine and granite bench top.
The lofty studio accommodates 5 people comfortably with a king size bed on the lower floor and a king and single on loft level-acess via detachable ladder.
Equipped with shutters to block out the sunlight (should you arrive from out of europe and need time to adapt to the time difference), this oversized studio apartment will be your home away from home. Its situated in a cul de sac and backs off to a 240 degree breath taking view.
Come to relax, write a book, sleep without noise or to experience the cosmopolitan life of the cote d'azur with Monte Carlo, Cannes, St Tropez and Nice just a short drive away. Secured car parking outdoors is provided and as many on street parking available as needed.
All linen and towels will be provided up to five guests. We will be happy to assist you with your individual needs prior to your arrival should, including grocery shopping at a low additional cost-just email us 24 hours before your arrival.
We are located only 30 mins from Nice airport.
For families with children we have a wide variety of activities to suggest : Aqualand Funcity, AquaSplash, Marineland,etc.
For adults we can suggest various outdoors activities including at the beach in the Esterel mountains or in some of the neighbouring cities close by. Electric mountain bikes can be hired to explore the vast Esterel.
The village of les Adrets is located within walking distance from the property and offers all necessary amenities such as a convenient store/supermarket, post office, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, wineshop, hairdresser, beauty salon/spa, several restaurants and souvenir shops and even a doctor (home visits possible) and a dentist should the need arise during your stay. A tourist office local near the mairie can help you discover the area further.

This property fell into our laps, whilst risiding in Ireland, Dublin, and needed reliable sun drenched days to soak up. We fell in love immediately with the view that this property has, the swimming pool and the local area itself. Its peaceful, natural yet your are just a short car drive away of all the action. Its wedged between Cannes and Frejus (On the way towards St. Tropez) and has easy access to the motorway, which can be a bit of an issue with wonderful properties in this area. From us its just a short 7 minute drive down to the A8 and you are on your way. Likewise, its only a short walk away to the centre of the local village and with all its attractions at our doorstep. Its a wonderful environment for kids and to really escape the day to day hustle and bustle.

This property is unique because of its view. There are very few places in the area that will offer a view like this. You have the Esterel mountain range in front as well as the Mediterranean and on clear days you can see all the way to Monaco. Since we renovated the property, we also enjoy a comfortable stay when here as well as the large gardens and the boule court. Kids love the trampoline and some adults do too. We are situated in a secured estate, which is only accessible with a remote control. Once inside the estate, there are 2 tennis courts, shared by the owners of the domain. The actual property within the domain has its own private large swimming pool and sundeck which we will share with visitors if we are around. There is a small pool attached to the main pool, ideal for kids to play in as its in a shaded area. The main house is separate from the apartment that we are offering to rent and there is secured uncovered parking of course. If you are a beach person, the sea is only 15 minutes by car.
