My apartment is in Covent Garden and opens out onto the historic and lively Seven Dials hub. It is close to the Royal Opera House, Soho, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and most of the central London sights. The building has recently been listed as of historic interest. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from both Covent Garden and Leicester Square underground stations so it is very central. .

The apartment is self contained and is quiet and secure with a video entry phone. The studio room has polished wooden floors and has a large corner window looking out onto a quiet courtyard called Ching Court. Guests are surprised how quiet the apartment is. The studio room has a double bed and a sofabed. It is comfortable for 2 people but can sleep 3 at a squeeze.

There is a bathroom with a bath and we also have an electric shower for constant hot water. The separate small kitchen has a hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The flat has TV and wifi.

February 2022 - 5 stars: Very nice studio for two persons. The location is eminent, the bed is good and the studio is quiet at night. We had a lovely stay and Ian was very helpful and answering all our questions both before and during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

January 2022 - 5 stars. This was the perfect location - close to many attractions, a plethora of restaurants, and lots of shopping as well. All the famous theatres and shows were within a walking distance from the flat as well. Since we were here for the Christmas holiday, the Covent Garden Christmas Market was running nearby and was very festive. Lastly, we highly recommend you go next door to Dishoom for breakfast (and unlimited chai) when you stay here!

Great seven dials studio apartment!

Great location, seven dials is busy but the apartment is quiet at night and has a very charming quiet courtyard. Nice bathroom and kitchen as well.

Awesome host and extremely attentive communication!! Location is right in the heart of Covent Garden! Tight squeeze for a family of 4, but we knew that going into it. Washer/dryer worked great! Didn’t expect it to be so hot during our visit…so with no AC it was hot through the night. Completely recommend for an authentic experience!!

Perfect location!

My mother and I stayed here for a week long vacation. Perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, lots of shopping and the theaters. Really just two minutes away from cafes and other restaurants. Not many stairs to deal with which was good for my mother. We felt very safe at this location. Ian was the best host, checking in multiple times with us. He also allowed early check in and would have let us check out later if we needed it. The flat is small, but was big enough for my mother and I. Will definitely be reaching back out to Ian the next time we visit!

This was a great base for a short trip to London. Incredible Location

The flat was exactly as expected, and the host provided a quick and simple check-in. The location is unbelievable - walking distance to shops and theatres, easy access to public transportation, and my teenager and I felt very comfortable walking through the neighborhood after dark. The area is well-lit and active, but quiet enough in the evenings. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in London.

Ian was a fantastic host - super communicative, checked in on us (over message) to make sure all was well, and provided thorough information for a seemless checkin. The flat was in an incredible area, Leicester Square and Covent Garden Tube stations are super close. Easy to get to West End shows, grab a bite, shop, and get anywhere in London. The flat is small but charming. And had everything we needed (hot shower, clean linens, washer and dryer, secure building, and more). Will definitely look to book again in the future!

Amazing flat in best location in the City!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever had. The host, Ian, was super communicative and helpful. He responded to all my messages within an hour and always answered all our questions. The location of the flat was incredible. Right in the middle of the city center and walking distance to many subway stations and tourist sites (Thames, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben…). It is a five min walk from China Town and right in the heart of the theater district. Despite all the people and hustle and bustle right outside the flat, inside was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this flat and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, location, location

This apartment is a total gem and the location honestly can't be beat. It was 3 minutes to the nearest Underground station so we could get anywhere in the city, and it was within walking distance to practically every theater in the West End. We were in town to see a bunch of shows and we were able to walk to every one. Getting there was a breeze - We rode the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow straight to Covent Garden and we were in the apartment minutes later. We arrived late, but had perfect entrance instructions from Ian so we had no problem getting inside. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The place was impeccably clean. The kitchen was well outfitted - everything you'd need to eat in, but there were so many fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood that we did a mix of both. Even a little hiccup with the wifi password was quickly resolved with a message from Ian. He was a fabulous help ahead of our stay and during. He even gave us a late checkout so we could stay at the apartment ahead of our late afternoon flight. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Ian for giving us the perfect location for our holiday!!!

Une location au prix certes élevé mais des pièces très propres (linge impeccable), un emplacement parfait, une communication très facile avec un propriétaire très réactif et patient (possible aussi par téléphone) qui nous a aussi donné des conseils de visites et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (petits lots de produits pour la toilette offerts et joliment présentés), la sécurité (3 portes pour accéder à l'appartement dont une avec code), la quiétude du lieu (bien que dans un quartier très vivant jour et nuit, la cour intérieure sur laquelle donne la chambre est fermée la nuit donc seul le cri des mouettes pouvait éventuellement nous réveiller). Beaucoup d'appareils à disposition : réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer et table à repasser, télévision, sèche cheveux. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter ce petit "chez soi" londonien. L'une des meilleures locations que nous avons eues à Londres.

Great location! Comfortable with all the amenities you need, but nothing fancy. Was a little upset upon our arrival when a gentlemen showed up to install a handlebar in the shower, which we received no notification about...thankfully the man was very kind though and it all worked out.
