• Open-Plan Living Area: On the lower floor, you will find a bright space with a dining table, Smart TV, and a comfortable French sofa bed with a click-clack system (195 cm x 112 cm), perfect for two additional guests.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ideal for any need, it includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (complete with a welcome kit).
• Modern Bathroom: Features a spacious walk-in shower, hairdryer, and a complimentary toiletry set, with fresh linens and soft towels included for each guest.

• By Car: Public parking on blue lines is available on the street, or in secure paid garages in the immediate vicinity.
