The apartment enjoys a splendid view of Piazza Signorelli and its famous theatre, it is made with handmade terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams and original bricks, it has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is rented furnished with new furnishings and appliances.
It is equipped with a shower with Turkish bath, relaxing background music and chromotherapy, hydromassage tub in the master bedroom, charming bio-ethanol fireplace, washer-dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, satellite TV 42 inch 3D, with an assorted film archive of 3D films in English and Italian, American coffee machine and Italian espresso machine, iron and ironing board. Free and unlimited wifi internet connection is available in every room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. A short flight of stairs separates the entrance of the apartment from the entrance hall of the historic building, an entrance hall which allows direct access without going out onto the street to the typical Nuovi Dorma bar restaurant located on the ground floor.
Completely renovated in 2015 with all new and compliant services (water, heat and electricity), the apartment is located in a central position, in front of the Signorelli theatre, on the first floor of the Tommasi palace, dating back to the 15th century, one of the most large and majestic buildings of historical importance in the beautiful city of Cortona.

Guests who wish have the possibility of having meals served at home directly from the "Nessun Dorma" restaurant which is located in the same building just below the apartment. For the costs and conditions of this service, guests must contact Mr. Maurizio or Mrs. Daniela of the "Nessun Dorma" restaurant directly who will be happy to cook for you.

Tourists staying in the magical city of Cortona have the opportunity to spend beautiful sunny days at the "Monti del Parterre" swimming pool, which can also be easily reached on foot. It is a public structure immersed in a splendid location, enjoying a splendid view of the Medici Fortress, the Sanctuary of Santa Margherita and the splendid surrounding Tuscan countryside.

N.B. The rent also includes the cost of household utilities (electricity, gas for cooking, heating, hot and cold water and unlimited wifi internet). The presence of well-domesticated and small-sized animals is permitted and involves an additional cost of Euro 50 per stay. Air conditioning has a cost which however is due exclusively in case of use and is calculated at Euro 5 per kWh consumed. The guest will be able to check the amount of the current expense at any time, when using the air conditioning, through a dedicated meter located inside the house. The portable fan inside the house is free to use.
The required tourist tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in according to current legislation.
