It is located 3 km from the town of Sant Antoni and about 5 km from Sant Agustí des Vedrà, one of the most beautiful villages on the island. Excellent communication with the most valued beaches and coves on the island of Ibiza, as well as with the main points of tourist interest.

Lovely property. Loved our stay.

Great location in a really quiet residential area but 2 minutes walk to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Really well equipped apartment with everything you need to cook and clean. Plenty of towels and spotlessly clean. Lovely backyard area with good size plunge pool which was perfect for cooling off in. A real sun trap in the garden with very comfortable good quality cushioned sun beds. Good sized double bedroom with big bathroom on the same property and pictures of the rest of the house are accurate. One of the bathrooms is outside and it’s a lovely wet room type set up with a powerful shower and again spotlessly clean. You have to go through a bedroom to use the bathroom in the house from the living room or twin room which is great for kids but not perfect for adults.

Fab stay for family of two teenagers and a 9 year old

We had a fab holiday and the villa was perfect for us. We had 2 teenage girls so it was near enough for them to enjoy the nightlife but also near enough for activities for our 9 year old son. German and Raquel were lovely. They were quick to respond to any questions before we arrived and also during our stay. They lived in the upstairs property so they were on hand if you needed them but they kept out of our way and gave us privacy. The villa was fab. Perfect for our family. We stayed in the annexe which was separate to the main house. The bedrooms were a decent size with comfy beds and there were 3 shower rooms which was great.. The outside area is lovely with a fab bbq and the pool, although small, is just perfect for cooling off. The area is very close to restaurants, shops and beaches and of course the nighife, but also far away enough for peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place. We had a lovely holiday and are sad its over!

Quiet but central place with very nice hosts

German and Raquel were very friendly and helped us with all questions we had for our trip. The place is very nice, near to the centre of San Antoni, but quiet in the night. The house has place for more than the four we were (2 parents, 2 teenagers). Outside is a pool and places to sit, even for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Super gelegen trotzdem ruhig

Wir waren im September bei Germán und Raquel mit 3 Erwachsen und einem Baby. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad und einem weiteren, separaten Zimmer mit Bad. Das ist perfekt für 2 Paare oder Familien. Die Lage ist absolut zentral trotzdem ruhig. Garten und Hof bieten Erholung wenn man nicht an den Strand möchte und der kleine Pool ist eine gute Erfrischung. Zum Strand sind es 50 m, etwa 200m und man hat einen noch größeren Strand. Auch bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Als die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, haben sie schnell eine gute Lösung angeboten. Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Ibiza sun & fun

We had the best time, Germán and Raquel were brilliant hosts and we all loved the property. It really felt like our home and we will definitely be returning. The beach is a 2 minute barefoot walk, the sand is clean, the water is warm and the water is clear. WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY :)

Fantastische locatie, heerlijke plek!

Een fijn huis op fantastische plek. De locatie is 200 meter van het strand, waar ook een fantastische laagdrempelige eetgelegenheid zit, en een goede uitvalsbasis om het hele eiland te ontdekken. De eigenaars zijn erg aardig en meedenkend. Wij hebben hier een fantastische 2 weken mogen beleven net ons gezin met 3 kinderen (10-13jr). Supermarken vlakbij. Auto parkeren op eigen terrein. Absoluut een aanrader.

Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage, Strand & Lokale fußläufig und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Vermieter wohnen im Haus sind aber total diskret uns trotzdem jederzeit und extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und kinderlieb. Essgelegenheit draußen ist großzügig und auch für 6 Personen ausreichend. Der eigene kaum einsehbare Garten und Pool haben uns zum gemütlichen Beisammensein und unseren Kids zum planschen vollkommen gereicht - nur etwas mehr Schatten hätten wir uns gewünscht. Gebäude war angenehm kühl, so dass wir die Klimaanlagen fast gar nicht nutzen mussten. Küche mit Waschmaschine ohne Spülmaschine war relativ vollständig ausgestattet und falls was gefehlt hätte, würden die Vermieter es ausleihen. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen separaten Zugang und ein eigenes Bad was insbesondere unseren Teenies gefallen hat.

GITE RURAL DE CARACTERE

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette petite maison typique d'Ibiza, sobre et très bien entretenue. Très proche de la ville très animée de Sta Antonio. Le quartier où elle est située est très calme , et son petit jardin en font un lieu parfait pour la détente et le repos. Bien équipée. Sa situation géographique permet de visiter les plus belles plages de l’Île. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, serviable, à l’écoute de leur locataire, on les remercie infiniment pour leur mise a disposition pour la remise de clef. TRES BONNE ADRESSE. Muchas gracias por todo, fue un placer conocerte.

Lovely private space with excellent hosts

Excellent communications from German in advance. We arrived by taxi on the late flight and were greeted by the hosts and shown the key features of the apartment. The apartment has everything we needed (including coffee machine !!). There is a lovely outdoor space with bbq which we enjoyed; in fact I wish we had made more use of it ! The outdoor pool is a modest size but is great for escaping the hot sun, or lounging on a sun lounger. The kids and adults made very good use of this. It is well shaded most of the day so we could relax about the intense sun. The apartment has a few spaces. Three double bedrooms, a living space and a mezzanine level which the kids escaped to for tv, tech or games. One of the doubles is a well-presented annexe with separate bathroom incl. shower. Our friend and son shared this while over for 5 days. Unfortunately we didn’t make furrher use of this as our kids are small so we all stayed in the main house. We stayed 15(!) nights in total and did not get bored. There was space for our hire car which we used for exploring some of the great beaches Ibiza has. Most places are accessible for <30 minutes from the apartment. The location is good. It is around 100m from a nice beach with a good and well priced beach bar on a jetty. But there are many places to choose from in the area at a range of prices. It is fairly close to San Anton but I found San Anton to be much better than its reputation; with many families in the area. Sure, there are a few groups going out but Most people ‘kept themselves to themselves’. And besides many were going out as we went to bed ! The area is relatively quiet. The hosts were great when we had any queries and resolved things promptly as needed. All in all, we had a lovely stay. We would like to return one year to Ibiza and we would stay with German again without hesitation. Many thanks again. Simon & Vanessa

Great!

Easy to book and very nice people. We loved the house with the great garden and swimming pool! Very close to the beach and Sant Antoni with a nice boulevard. We had a great time!

Schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten, Pool und Grillstelle für Selbsversorger. Man hat seine Ruhe ist aber gleich mitten im Geschehen wenn man ein paar Meter geht. Der Strand ist auch fast direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Vermieter German und seine Familie sind sehr liebenswerte und freundliche Menschen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Danke 😊

Lovely property well situated

The apartment is peacefully situated but only a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance of Sant Antoni. Full of character and with a pleasant garden and small pool. German and Raquel were very pleasant and accommodating hosts.

Perfecta!

Germán y su mujer nos hicieron sentir como parte de su familia. El primer día el vuelo llegó con muchisimo retraso y nos esperaron hasta casi las 23.00 para hacer el check in. La casa es ideal para disfrutar de una estancia en Ibiza. Calidad/precio perfecto, fácil para aparcar, ideal para familias o amigos, cerca de supermercados, al lado de la playa y sobretodo la calidad humana de los anfitriones para hacernos sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias German. Volveremos!!!

Bellissimo il giardino ma poco spazio e male organizzato in cucina.

Siamo una famiglia e al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario ma la spiacevole scoperta di trovare in cucina tutto da pulire: stoviglie, tazze , le pentole e piatti sporchi. Con pochissimo spazio e scomodo in cui riporre le cose, abbiamo trasformato i tavolini presenti in cucina in dispensa. Mancavano cose che il proprietario ci ha prontamente fornito scusandosi anche del problema della mancata pulizia. Le stanze e i letti piccole, una anche senza aria condizionata, il solo ventilatore non bastava a rinfrescarla. A favore lo spazio del giardino, la piscina e la veranda, unico posto in cui poter comodamente mangiare, la camera con accesso indipendente che è stata perfetta e comoda perché avevo un ospite. La posizione è vicino al mare ma non ci siamo mai stati sia perché frequentate da troppi giovani inglesi fuori di testa, e perché vicino ci sono cala e spiagge da vedere molto più belle. Per fortuna eravamo lontano dal caos della movida di Sant Antoni quindi una sistemazione silenziosa. Nelle vicinanze con la macchina abbiamo trovato ottimo Supermercato Eroski. Comoda come base per girare l'isola ma il prezzo forse eccessivo.

Brilliant stay!

Had a lovely stay here, apartment was clean spacious and more than enough room For 6! Garden was wicked and is a little sun trap and the owners were always avaliable if we needed anything. Location is Good far enough out so you can sleep but Close enough to all the action! Would recommend and stay again If back in San Antonio bay! Thanks xx
