All the rooms of the apartment have frontal sea views, it is located in the urbanization of Port Saplaya (also called "little Venice") in Alboraya with 5mn of Valencia.
The beach is well maintained and has all the services that a family or a group of friends can wish to spend a few days (including a small surf school for the more sportsmen). The apartment, in good condition, comes fully equipped to provide a few days of perfect tranquility within an urbanization with 1 pay-per-view swimming pool. A few steps you can enjoy a good walk along the canals of the port and on the beach if you wish, hire the services of the existing surf school.

The enclave, located a few minutes from Valencia allows to alternate a quiet holiday on a beach with all its services with other tourist type with visits to Valencia where you can enjoy the city of arts and sciences, the Cathedral of Santa Maria, The Museum of Fine Arts, the bioparc and crowds of other options.

Good view not great unside

The location is good. It has a sea view and easy access to the ocean. Inside is stark. Only one trash can for the whole apartment, the bedding is in poor condition, the kitchen does have any soap, spices, napkins or anything else.. it's very empty . The beds are not comfortable and the bedding is poor

Prachtig uitzicht en verder schaars

Fijne ontvangst, fijne badkamers, lekker bed, maar gebruikt matras. Prachtig zicht op zee , slechts tot tien ‘s morgens uur zon op het balkon. Het appartement is heel sober ingericht, niet gezellig en weinig equipment in de keuken, bv geen waterkoker. Het beloofde zwembad was de hele week gesloten. Uitstekende parkeerplek in de garage. Leuke horeca aan de haven vlakbij. Heel mooi zandstrand.

Beautiful home, beautiful views, great location

This home had everything you want/need. It’s close to places to eat/drink. It’s close to a big supermarket. It has ocean views from pretty much everywhere. It was spotlessly clean. The host was available anytime and worked with me to meet me at late hours of the day. There is a garage to park your car and elevators to get to your floor. I would stay there again anytime!
