About this property

1 bedroom apartment for up to four people. Room with two beds, and sofa bed in the living room. Lift. Community area with two swimming pools, for children and adults.
Fully equipped (sheets, towels, washing machine, microwave, oven, ...), complete kitchen, air conditioning, wifi in communal area, television in the living room and television in the room. Full bathroom with shower. Very nice terrace with table and four chairs. The terrace in winter is sunny all day.
3rd floor with views, near the beach; All services, supermarket and bus a few meters. No vehicle required.
18 km from the airport of Tenerife south and connected with regular bus line with stop at 100 mt.
The resort is located in the best area of the americas beach, just a few steps from the Safari shopping center, HardRock Café and 5-star Marenostrum hotel complex.
The pool is currently under construction and can not be used. Pool available from November / December
