Living room - Very large gathering space for 12 of your fav people! It has sliding doors to back deck & Gas BBQ, a Cozy fireplace & lots of seating. There is an overhead projector & built-in surround sound speakers & Smaller TV.

Dining area - The ultimate family gathering spot, a beautiful farm dining table w/ benches, opens to kitchen & living room. Perfect for great meals & Game Nights!

Bedroom 1 - The kid's room sleeps up to 3 /bunkbeds & pull-out trundle! W/children's books, toys & a small desk
Bedroom 2 - Comfy King Bed & sliding doors to Hot Tub area

Bedroom 4 - The Primary Bedroom spacious w/ King Bed, another Smart TV w/ DirecTV satellite package & DVD player, fireplace & private bath

Full sized Pool Table & assortment of both indoor & outdoor games & entertainment options!


GUEST GUIDELINES:
The MAX is 12 people Day or Night w/ 4 cars Max Day or Night w/ No on-street parking- No drop in guests.
NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA & Security Guard - NO Large Gatherings

Quiet hours 9pm to 9am
Dogs OK! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - per stay - No enclosed areas for pups. They must be on-leash when out of the house. For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
NO Smoking/Vaping of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces only
Please be conscientious of water usage.


CHECK-IN INFORMATION
•Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not show up to the house without your check in instructions.
• We Have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!
• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
