Residence Schuler - Apartment 'B' with sea-Etna view

This apartment is part of the Residence Schuler with garden and open view to the sea and Mount Etna, located on a small hill in a residential area in Taormina only 4 minutes walking distance from central Corso Umberto (pedestrian area of Taormina), and 3 minutes only from the supermarket and the nearest restaurants.
The apartment "B" has a size of 74 square meters (797 sq. ft.) with a garden-terrace of 70 square meters (754 sq. ft.), and consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen, living room, and a garden-terrace over viewing the sea and Mt. Etna. Provided with heating, air conditioner, washing machine, WiFi, telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, toaster and, ironing equipment.
Baby coat and baby chair are available on request.
Taxi service also available on request from or to Catania airport with a Minivan at the price of 120 Euro,
Parking Information:
Inside of the Residence we have a small parking area for 2 cars and on request a space can be reserved at the price of 10 Euro a day, otherwise is possible to park in the 24/7 municipal multi-storey car park of Porta Catania which is located just before the entrance of Taormina and at a 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Due the narrow roads of Taormina and our own small parking area, for clients arriving with big cars we suggest this last solution.


I live in one apartment of the Residence, I will be here on your arrival and during your stay I will be always available for information’s and any kind of assistance.

Great property, very clean, and communication with the owner was very good. The view from the balcony was fantastic as well as enjoyable to sit out and relax day or night. I felt very safe which was good as I traveled alone. I would highly recommend this property.

This was my second time staying in one if Claudio’s apartments. Can’t say enough about it! Fantastic view, location, Claudio was so accommodating in helping book taxis. There’s a short walk from the apartment where there’s a terrific supermarket and then you are right at the beginning of Corso Umberto, the Main Street. I would return again without a doubt!

Great views, central location, & helpful host

Location, & views were wonderful. The host was very helpful with the luggage, we had 2 flight of stairs to our garden. Elena view apartment- it was wonderful. Claudio, also helped with the taxi, which was more reasonable than uber, or regular taxi. Only drawback- bathroom shower leaks, property is very functional, but needs updates.

We had a wonderful stay in Claudio's apartment. The apartment is quiet, impeccably clean, well maintained and thoughtfully decorated with all of the basics that you'll need. The views from the large terrace of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna are absolutely stunning and the 5-minute walk to the Corso Umberto with the many shops and restaurants was ideal. The A/C keeps the apartment nice and cool. For anyone with mobility issues, keep in mind that there are 63 steps from the apartment road, down to the main road below. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to someday visit again.

Great location and nice accommodations

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood of Taormina. Very close to the Corso Umberto shopping district (5 minute walk) plus very nice grocery store. Accommodations were very nice and as described: comfortable living area, updated kitchen, washing machine, incredible view southward towards the Naxos harbor, Catania and Mt Etna (can’t see Taormina due to large tree blocking the view northward). Rooms are large and beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and updated. Only complaint is the shower towels are old and paper thin (but clean) and no soap or shampoos offered (bring your own).

Tolle Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Claudios Appartement. Die Terasse samt Aussicht ist wunderschön und das Appartment hat alles was man braucht für 3 Personen mit Selbstverpflegung. In der Fußgängerzone von Taormina ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
