ENTRY LEVEL:
- Kitchen - Well appointed with granite counter tops and everything you need to make great meals! Plenty of room for 2 chefs! It also has a sweet Breakfast Bar!
- Living room - Has comfortable furnishings - Flat screen Smart TV, cozy, new gas/log Fireplace and French doors that open to the spacious deck!
- Dining area - Has a large table that is perfect for meals and Game Nights! Large windows open to the outside forest! Feels like you are in a treehouse!
Bedroom 1 - Comfy Queen bed with big forest Views
Bedroom 2 - Comfy Full sized bed with forest views
Bedroom 3 - Office/Bedroom with a Twin-sized wrought iron bed, dresser and desk

DOWNSTAIRS UNIT:
Must enter from outside stairs, there are no internal stairs to the lower level. This level contains a Sitting Room, Flat screen TV, Sofa, Full bath and Queen Bed.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- PET POLICY- Dogs only - $120 Dog Fee per Dog (must be on leash when outside as home is not fenced)
Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
- 7 people is the Maximum day or night
- 4 cars max. Quiet hours 9:00PM - 9AM to be observed by all guests
