ENTRY LEVEL:
Kitchen - Well appointed with granite counter tops and everything you need to make great meals! Plenty of room for 2 chefs! It also has a sweet Breakfast Bar!

Living room - Has comfortable furnishings - Flat screen Smart TV, cozy, new gas/log Fireplace and French doors that open to the spacious deck!

Dining area - Has a large table that is perfect for meals and Game Nights! Large windows open to the outside forest! Feels like you are in a treehouse!

THINGS TO KNOW:
- 7 people is the Maximum day or night - NO Parties/Gatherings/ No Drop-in Guests
- 4 cars max. Quiet hours 9:00PM - 9:00AM to be observed by all guests
- PET POLICY- Dogs only - $120 Dog Fee per Dog (must be on leash when outside as home is not fenced). Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
- No Smoking of anything in home.
