Convenient modern apartment in Soell, close to the ski lift

Comfortable 2 room apartment (bedroom + living room), recently renovated. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and a spacious dining area. Sofa in the living room turns into bunkbeds, suitable for 2 children or smaller adults. Quiet location only 5 minutes walk from the village centre and 10 minutes walk from the ski lift. Ski bus stop is 2 minutes away on Gansleit. Private parking in front of the house. Free Wireless Internet, private storage in the basement for skis and other equipment.

SkiWelt is the largest interconnected ski area in Austria, with over 280km of pistes and a modern lift infrastructure. It's great for walking in summer and the Hexenwasser play area in Hochsöll is popular with kids and families.

The supermarket and bakery are easy to reach on foot as they are just on the way into the village.

Beautiful Söll

Nice clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We had a car which we were able to park right in front. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau…..

Kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht

Die kleine Wohnung ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Söll. In Söll selbst gibt es tolle Restaurants, der Ort ist Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Wohnung an sich ist eher praktisch als gemütlich eingerichtet, ein paar dekorative Elemente würden das Ambiente noch aufwerten.Alles war jedoch super sauber und perfekt für uns vorbereitet.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Die Bergbahnen sind in 20 Minutenzu Fuss erreichbar, die Skibus Haltestelle in 5 Minuten.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr Zentral, der Fußweg ins Zentrum sind ca 5 min und mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell auf der Autobahn. Leider ist gerade eine Baustelle genau neben an, dafür kann der Vermieter nix, allerdings waren wir nur übers Wochenende da, wenn wir in unserem Sommerurlaub jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr geweckt werden, wäre das nicht so schön, aber ist ja Absehbar.Wie gesagt der Vermieter kann dafür nix. Die Kommunikation war super.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - Skigebiet fußläufig zu erreichen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Sie war sehr sauber und zwischendurch konnte man auch mal durchfegen. Unsere Tochter war vom Hochbett begeistert :o) Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr nett und immer schnell und ausführlich. Die Lage war OK. Vom Stadtzentrum und Skigebiet nur 10 min. fußläufig entfernt. 1 Punkt Abzug, weil uns nicht gesagt wurde, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist, die aber nicht sehr störte. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Insgesamt war das Appartement sehr schön und ist unseren Vorstellungen mehr als gerecht geworden. Einzig das Fehlen eines “ausgebauten“ Ski-Kellers (wo auch die Schuhe trocken können) wäre anzumerken.
