Comfortable family house only 4-5 minutes away from sea front and town center.
2 bedrooms, 1 Superking bed in Master room and 2 single beds in second room.
The house is ideal for 2 Adults 2 kids.
Access from Master bedroom to a balcony outside.
Open plan ground floor with fitted kitchen, dining table with seating for 8 and living room area.
Outside, there is a large patio with garden furniture for dinning ,BBQ, washing line and plenty of space for you to sit.
Off-road parking, you share the drive with us, as we have built a new house on the other side of driveway.
You will have your own patio and parking area.
There are fantastic walks in the local area and many events and festivals throughout the year. Come and explore!

Fantastic!

We stayed at this lovely property for a week during the summer. It’s a well-sized, cleanly and beautifully decorated house within walking distance of the beach. The owners included all the extra little touches that make this the perfect base to explore Swanage from. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay

We were absolutely delighted with both our rental and the location. The house is very well cared for, modern in decoration and amenities. Everything had been thought of. Our hosts were very attentive. We wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Why they chose this property

We lived in this house for 10 years, but as our kids have got older they wanted there own rooms, so we decided it was best to build a new house in the garden so we all have our own rooms now.
We decided to keep the smaller house for a little bit of extra income and also to meet new Tourists.
We have made some nice friends during the year doing this.
