Walking distance from the house you can go shopping and stroll in the shops and finally ten minutes you will reach the beaches of the ocean for surfing, kiting or just swimming in the waves and basking on the beach.
By bike, you can reach the bike paths which will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks in the pine forest.

The villa is located a 2 minutes walk from a stop of the Transgironde (bus which goes to the station of Bordeaux Saint Jean passing by the city center).
