Podere Il Gabbro. From 14 km from the beaches of Marina di Cecina and 2 km from Montescudaio. Independent stone house, surrounded by greenery with acres of property, completely fenced with a wooden fence, surrounded by pine trees, holm oaks and overlooking countryside, in the municipality of Montescudaio. Recently restructured, with typical Tuscan materials, wooden beams ceiling and flat bricks. The porch furnished with table and garden chairs, adjacent to the kitchen and barbecue for outdoor lunches and breakfasts. The ample outdoor spaces (ca. 5000 sqm.) a paradise to enjoy relaxing under the cool Mediterranean trees, children will be here a lot of space for outdoor play. Four-legged friends are welcome.
A few meters from the house fishing possibility, finds the river Cecina, and tabletennis. In quiet and peaceful area ideal for walks in the countryside. Heating with electric heaters. TV-sat.

Tolles, alleinstehende Haus in Meernähe!

Das Haus war wirklich typisch toskanisch. Es sah sehr hübsch aus auf dem tollen Grundstück, auf welchem es sich befindet. Tolle Schirmkiefern auf dem Grundstück, die einen sehr südlichen Flair ausstrahlen. Super war auch der Fluss neben dem Grundstück, der nicht mal 1 Gehminute entfernt lag. Das war natürlich nicht nur eine super Erfrischung für uns, sondern auch für unsere beiden Hunde. Das Wasser ist glasklar und sehr sauber! Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr spartanisch, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, da wir nicht viel brauchen, um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben. Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen, was wir uns auch gewünscht hatten. In ca. 3 km erreicht man das wunderschöne kleine Dorf Montescudaio. Das Meer und Cecina sind nur 13 km entfernt. Der Hundestrand hat uns am Besten gefallen. Ein schöner Sandstrand mit direkt angrenzendem Kiefernwald. Cecina selbst bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und tausende andere Geschäfte. Positiv zu bewerten war auch Motorauto (Autowerkstatt) in Cecina, die uns mit Herzblut zur Seite standen als unser Auto ein großes Problem aufwies und nicht mehr fahrbereit war. Aber am Allerbesten war der Service durch Paola. Sie spricht Deutsch und war immer für uns da, wenn wir irgendwelche Probleme hatten. Wir haben uns extrem gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!!!!

Posto isolato a 5 min. Dal paese . Bella casetta ,non manca niente,giardino recintato ottimo con animali o bambini . Sinceramente 2 sdraio degne del posto non sarebbero di troppo (: , dover mettere l´asciugamano a terra x prendere il sole sul lato B. Dopo i 50 anni comincia a dispiacere . Ma direi che è l´unico bemolle .

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr privat und ruhig, für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz - bei 6 Personen wird es wahrscheinlich eng. Schöner Ausblick auf Montescudaio. Bequeme Betten. Netter, einfacher (da deutschsprachig) und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Ein Kasten oder zumindest eine Kommode im kleinen Zimmer und mehr Kleiderbügel - die fehlen auch im grossen Zimmer. Auch im Bad wäre ein kleines Kästchen sehr hilfreich gewesen. Die Schlaglöcher am letzten Teil der (nicht asphaltierten) Zufahrt gehören dringend aufgefüllt! Leider mussten wir bei der Schlüssel- und Bettwäscherückgabe fast 40 Minuten (trotz vereinbarter Zeit) auf die Vermieterin warten. :-(
