A beautiful new built pent-house dúplex in Denia, Costa Blanca that can accomodate up to 7 persons. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 terraces with a wonderful view. The área of the accomodation is located in El Verger in which this área does not slack on anything. The apartment provides air conditioning, a heated indoor pool, paddle tennis court, playground and a great range of Green scenery. The área is also quiet and has 24 hour security. The beach of Las Marinas is one of the less busiest beaches in Denia, it is ideal for wáter sports and sailing beach. There is also windsurfing and kite surfing schools in the área.
