Located in San Juan, one street from the beach, with parking, 50 meters from the tram stop and bus stops. Room with king size bed and bedding, single bed room, bathroom with shower and towels, large living room with sofa bed (double), TV, table / chairs and a sunny terrace. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, gas cooker and all the necessary utensils. Two elevators It is very well located, close to everything, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.
