The house is located in a strategic point, in the Unesco route, a few meters from the Quattro Canti of the city, the Palazzo di Città, Piazza Pretoria, the Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni, Cappella Palatina and the Teatro Massimo.
500 meters from the bus stop for Falcone Borsellino airport, the central railway station and the one that leads to the beautiful and renowned Mondello beach.
On foot you can visit, all the main monuments of the historic center, pedestrian path and cycle paths make pleasant walks along the various cultural routes, the UNESCO site Palatine Chapel and the renowned Vucciria- Capo _Ballarò markets. Also for those who love nightlife, there are several clubs, pubs and restaurants.
The house of 80 square meters consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, n. 02 bathrooms with shower and n. 2 bedroom with wardrobe.

The agreed price includes the use of Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, use of the kitchen and car parking.

Palermo historic center, one of the largest in Europe, is divided into four areas, three large markets: Vucciria - Ballarò - Capo, dozens of churches, monuments and palaces of great historical and artistic value, all within walking distance.
The Central Station is 400 m away. and from there it is possible to reach both the airport and all other tourist destinations, the fabulous beach of Mondello, Monreale and Cefalù.
