The apartment, about 60 square meters and finely furnished, has a living room with open kitchen (and access to the balcony), two bedrooms, one of which is a double and one with a bunk bed (3 beds and access to the balcony ), bathroom with complete toilet and shower cubicle.

Possibility to use a sofa bed.

The apartment includes two parking spaces, cellar and common laundry.

The property is located in the heart of the Adamello Brenta park, a short distance from the accesses to the main hiking trails of the Brenta Group and the Val di Genova and with direct access to the Dolomiti-Brenta ski area (Campiglio-Pinzolo-Folgarida-Marilleva)

The ski lifts of the Pinzolo ski resort are about 1.2 km away. From Pinzolo or from the Tulot gondola lift (1.5 km) the connection of the Pinzolo-Campiglio Express gondola lift is immediately reachable.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento di Michele per 9 giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto, a partire dall’appartamento, pulito ed accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort, per finire alla località stupenda ricca di sentieri e percorsi a piedi e con viste mozzafiato. Dimenticavo abbiamo portato con noi i ns. due cani ed anche loro hanno ampiamente apprezzato la vacanza. Quindi 10 su tutta la linea!

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questo appartamento che non ha riservato sorprese rispetto alle informazioni presenti sul sito. L' appartamento era molto caldo, molto ben fornito di stoviglie e attrezzi da cucina. Il sig. Michele si è dimostrato molto gentile, preciso nelle informazioni e attento anche alle nostre esigenze di orario. E' una struttura molto accogliente per 4-5 persone. Consigliatissimo.

La casa è veramente bella, molto pulita e davvero super funzionale in quanto all interno si trova davvero tutto ! La posizione inoltre è fantastica , 1'km da pinzolo .. e 10 minuti da madonna di campiglio - proprietario disponibile e gentile ! Che dire abbiamo passato 3 giorni bellissimi
