A delightful self-catering cottage set in the attractive small town of Laurencekirk, central to the seaside towns of Stonehaven and Montrose, the stunningly beautiful Royal Deeside and the cities of Dundee and Aberdeen. Nestling on the edge of Memorial Park, this newly built holiday cottage offers comfortable accommodation and attractive modern amenities for up to 4 people. Well suited to a family but also good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. Beautiful countryside setting, wood-burning stove, gas central heating, private garden, WIFI, perfectly located for the coast, exploring Deeside, the Angus Glens and further afield. The property has an amazing open plan area with it's own private suntrap patio to unwind in. The perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring.

Cedar cottage was clean and well equipped. One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Easy off road parking. Nice garden to sit in when the weather's nice. Highly recommended.
Could not be happier with this property, the town, the hosts, and everything you can imagine. Great location , excellent convenience stores , and a beautiful Park easily accessible . This is our new go to in Scotland!
Superb Cottage, communication brilliant, Everything you need to have a great holiday. Off-street Parking, CO-OP supermarket closed by. Great layout for cottage. Highly Recommended

What a beautiful and cosy cottagge with everythink you need for a perfect holiday. Many wonderful destinations in the surrounding: Glen esk, Dee valley and on the other side the sea with beautiful beaches.Thank you Alison and Neil, especially for the lovely welcome basket.
Great location. The house was ,stunning and even though it was in the middle of town, it was so quiet. Very close to several must see locations. I’d definitely stay here again.

One of the best self-catering properties that we have ever stayed in! Immaculately clean, fully equipped but no clutter. Very well and tastefully furnished made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Wonderful holiday house
We can fully recommend Cedar Holiday House. We had a wonderful time in that cosy and very well equipped Holiday House in Laurencekirk.
The owners are extremely friendly and take care about everthing. Simply, a great place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much! A well maintained cottage which has everything you could possibly ask for. Charming and helpful hosts! Plus: Laurencekirk is pretty central to a lot of sights in the environment, so lots to do and to see.

Good location, lovely sunrise views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the property to be very well equipped. The furnishings, bathrooms, amenities,everything was top quality. Great off road parking.

From the very beginning you feel warmly welcomed! A delicious basket of treats awaited us in the kitchen! The entire house was spotless, sunny and very cozy! Everything you need for a longer stay was there! It was the perfect starting point for our daily excursions and hikes.We can only warmly recommend the hosts and the house and would book again ourselves!

Absolutely loved Cedar Cottage. A home from home with everything you need. The log fire was so cosy. It is immaculate, perfect for our valentines break. We will definitely be back. Laurencekirk is a lovely place, with lots of great walks.

Very large and pretty apartment with everything you need. It's next to the park and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We loved the nature in the area as well, for example the beautiful St. Cyrus beach and Dunnottar Castle. We definitely recommend this lovely cottage. As a family it was perfect for us with a lot of space for everyone!
This is a beautiful cottage, a right home from home with everything you need. The direct access to the park via the back gate was great for the children. It is centrally located to visit Aberdeen, Dundee and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.

The back gate is really handy for the park and it has some great play equipment!
We spent two weeks at the property and can only say that the house was terrific! Just as in the photos only better….absolutely immaculate, lots of windows which allowed sunlight everywhere, beautiful outdoor space and a great location for exploring the area. We so enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Neil and Alison are charming hosts and thank you for the lovely welcome basket.
