Photos no longer correspond to reality

The apartment is beautifully located right in the center of Seville. Handover and processing went smoothly. However, the photos no longer correspond to the current condition. The roof terrace in particular is very run down, the furniture has not changed for the better, the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Nevertheless we had a nice time.

Je n’ai jamais vu un appartement aussi délabré et dangereux. C’est une honte de louer ça et de tromper comme ça les clients.Je suis très déçu par Abritel qui n’a pas sélectionné correctement.

Prettig verblijf maar kan beter.

Op zich zijn we tevreden, een appartement op vijf munten lopen van de kathedraal; dus midden in de stad. Zeer plezierig om ook 's avonds een rondje te lopen in het gezellige centrum. . Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn lopend te bereiken. Ook het dakterras was plezierig om in februari van de zon te genieten. Maar we hebben drie 'verbeterpunten' 1. De indruk van de woonruimte die in de advertentie wordt gegeven is niet juist. Het is een ruimte van ± 1.40 x 4 m. Een lange smalle ruimte. De slaapkamers zijn ruim tot redelijk. 2. De inventaris van de keuken vraagt om aanvulling/vervanging. De magnetron was stuk, geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat. Wel 7 (zeven!) koekenpannen, deels aangebrand, deels losse handgreep. De pannen waren ongeregeld goed, met amper passende deksels. Verder alleen een potje zout. 3. Wij zijn twee weken geweest; 14 dagen dus. Er lagen voor ons beiden één handdoek! In de keuken een theedoek en handdoek. Dat ligt er ook voor mensen die er drie dagen zijn. Ja er was één wasmachine (zonder waspoeder) op het dakterras, maar je gaat niet twee handdoeken en een theedoek wassen.

l'appartement est très bruyant et sombre , pas agréable

séjour très bruyant deux bars sont à proximité dans la rue de l'immeuble et les chambres sont sur la rue.La cuisine est un couloir sombre.La terrasse est commune.

Logement fonctionnel

Premièrement attention ce n est pas une terrasse privative, vous devrez la partager si les deux logement sont occupés. Terrasse magnifique, et emplacement idéal pour visiter Seville. Deuxièmement logement fonctionnel chambre très agréable, literie et draps confortables. En revanche , lors de notre séjour, lumière dans l escalier HS ( sans lumière portable impossible vu que ma femme était enceinte pas terrible, machine à laver HS, et surtout détrompez vous salon et cuisine très petites.... Dernière chose , AUCUNE communication, avec le propriétaire ou l intendant à part à la réception des clés. Mail envoyé message etc etc....resté SANS RÉPONSE. Attention si il y a un problème dans l appart ( clés perdues etc comment fais t on? Voilà les quelques soucis à régler malheureusement j ai l impression d avoir été le premier à louer cet appartement et donc je paris des réglages nécessaires pour autrui!!!!!
