COMFORTABLE TWO-ROOM APARTMENT, in a villa, located in the quiet and elegant village of Cala Rosa; located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. The property includes a large veranda furnished with table and chairs, a garden with barbecue space and a reserved parking space. Present TV and washing machine. Given its location is the ideal holiday home in Stintino with small children, as well as for those who want a relaxing holiday and without confusion, but still convenient to the beach; in front of the villa, in fact, there is the sea with the first rocky coves, followed by 500 meters of the Ancora's equipped facility, to follow the beach of the Gabbiano, both free and equipped, and just beyond the beach's paradise. Pelosa and of the Pelosetta beach. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also the bus stop that accompanies the characteristic village of Stintino as well as the beaches, even the most distant, of the territory of Stintino.
