Disappointing

General cleanliness could have been much better of both the pool, house and terrace area. The baby play area was non existent compared to photos on the listing. High chairs were old and dirty. Little shaded areas - 2 umbrellas is insufficient. The villa agent was unprofessional and rude. Overall we were disappointed with our stay despite the sizeable villa being in a good location, with large pool.

"You can please some of the people some of the time" is never a truer adage in the rental sector. Your sole opinion is duly noted (by way of only one of 18 guests hosted at the villa). It is our experience that those that shout loudest are generally not those ultimately paying for the rental. Your communication skills are severely lacking (perhaps because we are experienced enough to verbally engage with our guests as opposed to using social media by proxy). Your poor review is a futile blatant attempt at some form of compensation and most intelligent prospects will see through this over-exaggeration of what may have been a minor concern and easily rectified in the event that our local managers had been made aware of such. Woke millennials with an inflated sense of entitlement should perhaps consider a hotel with on-site concierge in future.
