Immersed in a citrus grove, Rainbow Holiday Home, a detached house a few steps from the town of Floridia, 12 km from Syracuse, 20 km from seaside resorts, 40 km from Catania and Ragusa offers you the opportunity to spend pleasant stays.
The villa, all on the ground floor, consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfortable kitchen complete with all the necessary amenities, a large living room with a fireplace that allows you to stay even in winter and an independent room with traditional wood oven and laundry. It also has a large veranda with adjoining lawn where you can find a barbecue area. Adjacent to the lawn area is a prefabricated swimming pool, recently built, with a comfortable wooden solarium set up with beach chairs and umbrella.
In addition, the house is completely fenced and boasts a large parking lot.
Rainbow Holiday Home is ideal for those with cars but also for those who are not, as there are bus stops within a few minutes. Being close to the town, on foot you can reach many services such as: supermarket, bakery, bar, bus stop, tobacconist, pizzeria, etc.

Beautiful large home on a lemon grove, perfect for families

This was a highlight for our family of 5 doing a roadtrip through Sicily. A huge 3 bedroom home on a lemon grove, with pool, lock up parking, and access to farm. Town is a short drive away, with many cafes and restaurants to choose from. Our host was very helpful in giving us directions to local eateries. Walking at dusk through the farm was very beautiful (watch for mozzies). Note: there is an extra cleaning fee to be paid in cash when you arrive and a bond held, and hosts meet you on departure to inspect and return your bond. Don't let the cat in!

à relouer avec grand plaisir

bon accueil, maison très jolie et agréable, propre le cadre magnifique avec comme seule compagnie le silence et les tarentes et j'oubliai pour le bonheur des enfants trois magnifiques chatons je recommande ce havre de paix, à quelques pas de Syracuse ... Merci encore Giusy et Marie

Bella casa, grandi spazi, massima Cordialità dei proprietari

Esperienza molto positiva in questa casa a pochi minuti da Siracusa. Spazi veramente ampi, puliti e curati. Aria condizionata nelle stanze da letto. I proprietari ci hanno pure fatto trovare la colazione per quanto non compresa nel prezzo. Necessaria l'auto. Unica nota negativa (non addebitabile ai proprietari) è che le spese di pulizia non vengono incluse nel prezzo al momento del pagamento ma sono indicate solo nella descrizione della casa. In definitiva esperienza più che positiva ad un prezzo irrisorio.
