You will find peace and relaxation in this beautiful country house with a child-safe swimming pool in the heart of the island of Mallorca.



This beautiful country house in a quiet location on a very well-maintained natural plot with a swimming pool, many trees and plants charms its visitors with its wonderful view and offers plenty of privacy. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the pool and then relax in the shade on the covered terrace. The comfortable sun loungers are already prepared for you.

The villa offers 130 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms (2 x with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, sufficient space for 6 people.

The interior of the house is bright and cosy, modern and furnished and decorated with love. Everyone will find their place here. Whether on the comfortable sofa in the living room, in one of the charming bedrooms or outside, on the terrace equipped with cosy garden furniture.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

This is a great house that looks even better than the pictures. Ideal for a family with young children. There were some maintenance issues with the bathrooms but the host took care of them as soon as we brought them to her attention. Recommended.

Excellent villain fantastic location

Excellent location in the centre of the island with easy access to everywhere. Local town (Sineu) was also nice with good restaurants and an amazing market on Wednesdays. Host was friendly and made sure everything was ok.Villa was spacious with lots of amenities, and beds were very comfortable.Pool was amazing and kept clean every week. We visited in a heatwave (daily temps of 35-40 degrees) and there was no air con so villa did get hot.Keeping the blinds and doors/,windows closed in the day helped keep the house cool but upper rooms got hot.If the windows had mosquitos nets it would help to keep the villa cool as windows could be opened at night without risk of being bitten.

Schönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Schöne Finca mit ausreichend Platz! Sehr nette Vermieterin als direkte Ansprechpartnerin. Pool und Außenanlagen gepflegt und großartig für ausgiebige Sonnentage. Küche und Aussenküche mit Grill gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Lage in Sineu zentral, um zügig mit Fahrzeug überall auf die Insel zu kommen. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre praktisch, ebenso wie ein Akku-Staubsager. Keine zentrale Klimaanlage - aber ein mobiles Gerät steht zur Verfügung.

Esperábamos bastante más de una casa de vacaciones.

El porche delantero es agradable y la piscina también está bien. Sería interesante que tuviese básicos como un lavavajillas, no apetece estar de vacaciones y fregando a mano. Tampoco es cómodo estar llevando la basura a un punto verde a 10 minutos en coche todos los días y además el horario de apertura del mismo es muy restringido. Por otro lado el ruido de los aviones es constante ya que está en la trayectoria de los mismos al aeropuerto y resulta bastante molesto. Además las habitaciones acumulan mucho calor, sería de valorar el instalar aire acondicionado o al menos ventiladores de techo.

Hola Santiago, Sentimos que no tuvieran las mejores vacaciones. Tenemos la sensación que usted nos ha juzgado por cosas que no podemos controlar como la recogida selectiva y el tráfico aéreo. Entendemos que da pereza estar de vacaciones y tener que lavar a mano, pero esto, así como el aire acondicionado. es una cosa que sale anunciada en la página web y que alomejor se le pasó por alto. En cuanto al tema de la basura, si quiere una mayor comodidad podrían haber alquilado una casa dentro de un publo, donde el camión pasa a buscar la basura por el frente de la puerta. Al alquilar una finca, ustedes deberian ser conscientes que tienen que llevarse la basura consigo al punto verde. En el tema de los aviones, lo sentimos mucho pero no podemos controlar el tráfico aéreo de Son San Joan, y por tanto no nos debería de juzgar por ello. Es injusta esta valoración. Si quieren más tranquilidad, la proxima vez por favor miren por donde pasan la mayoría de aviones y asi poder evitar esta situación. Sentimos mucho no tener ni aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Le hacemos saber que en la agencia disponemos de ventiladores portátiles que le podemos traer el mismo día. Muchas gracias por su opinión honesta.

Tolles Haus mit viel Privatsphäre!

Gute Lage, sehr zentral. Man braucht zwischen 30 min. und 1h egal zu welchem Punkt auf der Insel. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist neuwertig und gemütlich. Es gab alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig. Die Gegend ist ruhig und ländlich. Man kann nachts in den Pool springen und Musik hören und hat viel Privatsphäre. Die Lounge am Pool ist sehr bequem. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Der Außengrill ist super und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz. Gutes WLAN. Traumhaft schöne Finca, mit tollem Grundstück und gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betten! In einem der beiden Elternschlafzimmer steht ein 1,40m Bett. Das ist wirklich sehr klein. Der Pool könnte ruhig 2-3 Mal die Woche gereinigt werden, daß haben wir der Vermieterin gleich mitgeteilt.

Angenehmes Haus

Das Grundstück ist riesig und es gab keine Nachbarn, die Einblick hatten. Das Haus und der Pool sind schön groß. Die Ausstattung ist absolut in Ordnung. Es gab viele Poolutensilien. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und MallorcaCharme war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es war überraschend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft trotz dessen.

schöner Familienurlaub

Obwohl wir sehr spät angekommen sind , waren die Besitzer sowie ein Mitarbeiter von Mallorca Charme vor Ort fürs Check Inn. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. In punkto Sauberkeit gab es hier und da ein paar Spinnweben aber ansonsten war nichts zu bemängeln.
