It is in the center of the cycling routes.

Beautiful place and great host

Our time in the house was fascinating, the place is beautiful, the house quiet, spacious and friendly. The host is very friendly and was always available for all the questions we had and to help us in everything.

Had a great stay at this house in Inca. The landlord was really helpful and service minded. Everything was as expected, will hopefully be back to rent this house again 😄

We had a fantastic 10 nights in this beautiful house with lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The house has everything as described in the listing, the table tennis and the billiards were a added bonus. Antonia was lovely and came over to introduce herself, handed me a lovely bottle of white wine and told us to contact her if we needed anything. The location was great. Shops were only a 4 minute drive away. Highly recommend, perfect for a family

Great rustic property good central location

We stayed for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat. Supermarket choice is good and 3-4 are about 2 minutes away . We got the train from Inca into Palma which was very easy. The lady we booked with (Magdalena) was very helpful and accommodating. The Air conditioning was very effective as it was August, could do with another unit in the upstairs master bedroom but the 2 fans made in cool and comfortable to sleep with no problem. Thanks

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns gut erholt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr nette Gastgeber und eine super schöne Unterkunft.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Finca ist perfekt gelegen, sehr ruhige Gegend, jedoch sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Toller Pool. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ĂŒber Whatsapp lief problemlos!

Nous avons passé un super moment. La propriété était bien située et avait tout pour amuser les enfants, de la piscine au terrain de soccer, en passant par la table de ping pong et billards. La communication avec la propriétaire était trÚs bonne et elle répondait rapidement si nous avions des problÚmes/questions en cours de route.

Nette Unterkunft

SupermĂ€rkte zwar um die Ecke, aber nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen (man muss ĂŒber eine Art Autobahn). Viele StechmĂŒcken am Nachmittag/Abend. Schönes HĂ€uschen, alles da was man braucht. Outdoorgrill war super. Schnelle Kommunikation mit Antonia via WhatsApp.

Sehr schöne Finca fĂŒr 6 Personen mit Kind

Die Finca und die FlĂ€che ist optimal fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub. Der Pool ist super, hat verschiedene Tiefen bis 2,20m. Es gibt jede Menge Tiere auf dem Anwesen, die natĂŒrlich abgezĂ€unt sind. aber hin und wieder veriirrte sich ein Huhn â˜ș. Es kam immer ein Ă€lterer Herr, der uns sogar Eier von den HĂŒhnern gebracht hatte. Auch war alles sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt,um in alle Richtungen los zu fahren. Die Gastgeberin hat mit ihren Gesten(Wasserspielzeug fĂŒr den Kleinen) und ihrer Freundlichkeit ĂŒberzeugt. In allem wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis. Les lieux Ă©taient propres et conformes aux photos de l’annonce. Le seul petit point nĂ©gatif a Ă©tĂ© la prĂ©sence d’un coq, qui a quelque peu perturbĂ© notre sommeil

Schönes altes Haus mit ein paar MÀngeln

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt schön, wir haben den Urlaub genießen können. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war problemlos und wir erhielten einen kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus. Antonia ist sehr freundlich. Der Garten ist schön und es gibt rund ums Haus tageszeitabhĂ€ngig genug SchattenplĂ€tze um der Sonne zu entfliehen. Der Pool ist super. (Eventuell etwas viel Chlor) Zu den „MĂ€ngeln“: Die KĂŒche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider war die Filterkaffeemaschine ohne Funktion und der Ofen hat auch nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben es aus Bequemlichkeit versĂ€umt den Vermieter zu informieren da noch eine Kapselmachine vorhanden war und wir den Ofen nicht mehr nutzten. Die SpĂŒlung der Toilette unten klemmt/ lĂ€uft nach und das Bad riecht etwas muffig. Mit einer Geruchskerze aber leicht zu bekĂ€mpfen. Die Matratzen sind alle schon etwas durchgelegen. Allerdings haben wir es bei den von uns gemieteten HĂ€usern bisher auch nicht anders gehabt. Ein Austausch wĂ€re aber wohl angebracht. Der Billardtisch hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen
 Ist aber noch nutzbar. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Wir wĂ€ren gerne noch ein bis zwei Wochen lĂ€nger geblieben.

Magnifique maison, bien située pour visiter les 4 coins de Majorque, avec également des commerces à 3 min en voiture.Extérieurs superbes, calme, spacieux et bien aménagé avec une belle piscine, trÚs agréable pour passer de bons moments et bonnes soirées. De belles chambres avec climatisations . Des hÎtes top, trÚs réactif en cas de besoin. Nous la recommandons vivement pour passer de bonnes vacances
