This Villa located in Estoril, 2 minutes from Puddle Beach, 5 minutes from the Train Station of S. João Estoril and 15 minutes from Cascais Village (all walking distances), in a very quiet street with free parking. The famous "Paredão", Promenade that goes from Poça Beach to the village of Cascais about 2.0 km long, passing through several beaches, terraces and restaurants is very pleasant to walk through. Estoril is the Lisbon Coast, less than 30km by car and 26 'by train. You can also visit Estoril Casino which is one of the oldest and largest Casinos in Europe as well as other places such as Estoril Golf or the beautiful Cascais Village. Very close to the house, in front of Poça Beach you will find several shops available such as supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, cafes, bars and restaurants. By train you can go in 5 minutes to Cascais or in 20 minutes to the center of Lisbon. Sintra is also 15 minutes away. Near the house there is a tunnel that links directly the street to Puddle Beach and all the Promenade.
Chalet with 3 floors, 4 bedrooms all with TV, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living rooms and balcony with sea view, also has a small garden at the front and a back patio with awning and barbecue. An ice machine and treadmill are also available for use.

great family home in suburb location

we really enjoyed staying in Rita family home especially for the location, we could walk to the beach in 2 mins, train station in 2 mins and to cascais in 30 minutes. The kitchen was well equipped we loved dining outside and the house was very clean. we would recommend this house to others, also Rita was lovely host and helpful on check in, regards Sioban

Making memories with family

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We were eight adults and the house accommodated us very comfortably. The house was well appointed with everything you need including pod coffee machine. Location was excellen. Walk to beach, train, shops and Cascais. I absolutely recommend that you stay in this beautiful house.

Fantastic Family Vacation Rental

This was the best family vacation stay we have had yet. It was our first international VRBO and the entire stay from reception to checkout was seamless. Edwardo and Rita were both incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was clean and well set up. You can tell that they put a lot of effort in caring for this home. The location is also perfect for the beach, walking to shops and restaurants or taking the train all over Cascais to Lisbon. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next visit.

Schönes Haus mit einem großen Nachteil

Insgesamt war da Haus wirklich schön und typisch portugiesisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist genial - keine 5min zum Strand und zur Promenade. Leider hat in dem Ceranfeld nur eine Platte von zwei funktioniert. Bei der zweiten Platte ging nur der äußere Ring an. Der größte Nachteil ist das Zimmer im Keller. Es war feucht und muffig. Auch permanentes Lüften hat nicht geholfen. Die Kleidung und Bettwäsche war klamm. Hier solle der Keller richtig saniert und die Wände trocken gelegt werden. Bei einer Woche kann man vielleicht über dieses Manko hinwegsehen, bleibt man länger ist es unzumutbar.

Lieber Mark, Ich habe erst vor ein paar Tagen von Deinem Kommentar erfahren. Ich möchte mich noch einmal dafür bedanken, dass Sie sich für unser Haus entschieden haben und sich die Zeit für einen Kommentar genommen haben. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns die Gelegenheit gegeben haben, auf die beiden Aspekte zu antworten, die Ihnen nicht gefallen haben. Erstens, was den Herd betrifft, haben Sie Recht, sich zu beschweren, aber die Realität sieht so aus: Beim Gaskochfeld funktionierten beide Brenner einwandfrei. Was das Elektrokochfeld angeht, haben Sie völlig recht, nur der kleine Brenner funktionierte und der größere war außer Betrieb. Ich bedauere, dass Sie uns nicht informiert haben, da das Kennzeichen sofort ausgetauscht worden wäre. Der zweite Aspekt, den Sie erwähnen, ist schwerwiegender und Sie haben völlig Recht. Das Haus, im ersten Stock, roch nach Feuchtigkeit. Tatsächlich hat das Haus zwei Fenster an der Vorderseite (im 1. Stock), die geschlossen waren und Ende April hätten geöffnet werden sollen. Sobald diese Fenster geöffnet werden, zirkuliert die Luft unter dem Holzboden und der Geruch verschwindet bald. Ich akzeptiere diese Kritik ebenso wie die Schuld, die Fenster nicht geöffnet zu haben. Es tut mir noch einmal leid, dass Sie es uns nicht gesagt haben. Was nicht möglich ist, ist, nasse Laken oder andere Kleidung gehabt zu haben. Sicherlich ein Missverständnis. Bitte entschuldigen Sie sich auf jeden Fall für diese Aspekte und freue mich aufrichtig über alle positiven Kommentare, die Sie über uns und das Haus gemacht haben. Alles, was ich geschrieben habe, ist aufrichtig, wahr und überprüfbar. Wir sind sehr dankbar für Ihren Besuch und den Ihrer Familie und ohne jegliche Vorbehalte. Vielen Dank, Rita
