This spacious luxury apartment was completely renovated in 2016. It is located 5 - 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Cascais, the beach, the Marina, museums, shops, restaurants and cafes, a park and a cycle / jogging path along the sea, which leads to the most beautiful beach in the region: GUINCHO. This long beach is ideal for surfing and is only 10 minutes by car.

The building is set back from the street and therefore is very quiet. Concierges provide 24 hour security. There is parking for one car at the entrance to the enclosure.
The apartment has generous spaces which have been furnished with great care. A large living room with picture windows communicates directly with the dining room and the kitchen. It is fully equipped and modern. From the living room and the dining room, you have access to a private terrace where you can also take your meals. From the private terrace, one also has access to a large garden with beautiful palm trees and a sculpted swimming pool. Behind the building is a park and opposite the fortress of Cascais.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet at the entrance.
One bedroom has a double bed, another bedroom has two beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional bed. 7 people can stay comfortably in this apartment.


Nearby, you have several beaches, including Guincho the beach par excellence for "kite-surfing".
At the Cascais Marina, which is 5 minutes' walk away, you can hire boats.
Several golf courses are located in the surrounding area, including "Golf Oitavos Dunes" which is considered the second best golf course on the European continent and the 58th best in the world.
A 10-minute drive away is Quinta da Marinha, home to a golf course and an equestrian center.
Also 10 minutes by car you with a national park where you can go on beautiful hikes or mountain biking.
Among the things to visit in the surrounding area are Lisbon and the city of Sintra, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Estoril is also worth a visit with its beautiful houses and the casino, which was featured in a James Bond film.

We spent a lovely week here. The location is great in the quieter part of Cascais - close to the marina, museums and parks - but only a few mins walk to the centre. The garden and pool are beautiful. Lots of space in the apartment and very comfortable.

The PERFECT place!

Everything about this condo was PERFECT! The condo was GORGEOUS. Exquisitely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked in most dinners and ate on the lovely terrace. We enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day of sightseeing. Cascais is the perfect destination - a wonderful seaside village with so many beaches, parks, scenic walks, shops, restaurants etc. It is so close to Lisbon, sintra and our favorite day trip azenhas do mar. Sandra responded to all questions immediately, and she graciously waited for us until 1 am when our flight was delayed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!!

Extremely disappointing experience, never use this landlord/property manager

When we arrived there was building work being completed in the main entrance of the building, which we were not informed about in advance, as the property management company told us we should have been. The noise rattled through the apartment all day long making it very difficult to relax. Also, the apartment is in very close proximity to a park which houses a peacock and roosters - they wake up and start making noise around 3am, so we were up all night every night due to the intensity of the sound. When we arrived there was some damage in the property, which we highlighted as soon as we noticed (within hours of arriving). The damage had been covered up by a welcome basket upon checkin so it was not easy for us to spot. The property manager later blamed us for the damage somebody else caused and covered up. Even though we had picture proof which was time stamped as soon as we entered the property, the owners still took our entire deposit, which was a significant amount of money. We were informed by the owners that they would pay for the damage during our stay, but later they went back on their word. We believe we were set up to pay for this damage which we did not cause. We left the apartment in prestige condition and have very high standards. We tried to be amicable and supportive, offering to cover half of the cost even though we didn’t cause the damage, but with little to no response and no understanding. The property manager who checked us in was very rude and gave conflicting information, proving they were lying, but they still charged us. I would never use this landlord / property manager ever again. After such a stressful situation we have been left feeling cheated, taken advantage of, unsupported an complete undervalued

A quality apartment in a prime location.

We were in Cascais for our son's wedding hence we wanted somewhere special and this place did not disappoint. We had elderly parents with us so the close proximity of the town centre made it easy for them to explore on their own. The three ensuite bathrooms and the excellent kitchen equipment made the apartment very practical. The grounds and pool are beautiful and there is 24hr security. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful, well appointed, secure apartment, perfectly positioned to enjoy Cascais on foot.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. Access to the terrace, garden and pool is wonderful. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities. The 2 sisters and Isabel were very professional, organised and helpful with our stay. As well as looking fantastic and having plenty of space & comfort, the apartment was spotless. We taxied direct from Lisbon Airport ( 45 mins) and everything was easy to find & access. We enjoyed the beaches, bars and restaurants of Cascais, as well as catching the train to Lisbon and joining the local surf school in Cascais - all without a car which was a massive bonus, although I think there is secure parking for 1 car if you needed it.

The apartment is an oasis of calm. Gardens are kept in pristine order and the apartment is of a very high standard. Well equipped and particularly spacious,you never feel crowded. It is only 5 mins to the centre but when back inside it is so peaceful you would think you were in the countryside.All information before travel date was very informative and any emails were replied to promptly. On arrival Isabel was there to greet us and make us feel welcome. Definitely 1st class property and would recommend to anyone visiting Cascais.I’m sure we will return again.

Exceptional accommodation in spectacular Cascais

This apartment was everything we wanted for our holiday - a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. The photos are an excellent representation but it's actually much more impressive when you see the apartment for the first time - it's incredibly spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It's in an amazing location, minutes from the restaurants, marina and beaches. Ideally and easily located for a day trip to Lisbon and Sintra, and a gorgeous bike ride to Guincho Beach. As for Cascais, it has to be one of the best locations we have ever visited (seriously!). It's a beautiful and historic town with a huge selection of small family restaurants (we did not have a bad meal) and the people are incredible - genuine, friendly and a great sense of humour! As for the owners, they provided an easy booking experience with great communication and were very efficient. The lovely Isabel meets and greets at the apartment and concierge are on hand to help with any queries. There's also parking on site for a hire car. All in all - perfect.

Great apartment. Great location between the town and the marina. It was an easy walk to the restaurants at both areas. Isabel was most helpful getting us settled in. All the information in the renters guide was useful. The pictures accurately reflect the apartment and it was very well equipped.
