Villa Degli Ulivi overlooks the coast of Campofelice of a small hill on which the property is located, offering a beautiful view of the Sea and breathtaking sunsets during all seasons!

The entire property is fenced and offers maximum privacy. A garden of olive trees and Mediterranean plants surrounds the villa, offering plenty of room for both adults and children.
The villa is spacious and distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a large room with sofas, fireplace and TV, kitchen / dining room equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, etc.), a double bedroom and a bathroom / WC .
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one double and one twin that can also become Double, another full bathroom (with shower) and a balcony with sea views accessible from one of the rooms.
A terrace, accessible from both the living room and the kitchen offers sweeping views of the sea and is equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs, ideal for dining at any time.

The villa offers all the comforts, the garden is spacious and well cared for and there is also a large parking lot on the property. Guests can relax in the shade, outdoor dining and use the barbecue. An outdoor shower is also available as well as Wi-Fi (see notes).
Villa degli Ulivi is ideal for families and / or groups of friends, up to 6-7 people, who love tranquility, proximity to the sea and a convenient starting point to visit all the beauties of Sicily.

The nearby beach is mostly sandy and public (free). There are also private beaches / equipped.
The center of Campofelice, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other facilities are at only 2 km from the villa.
Cefalu is located just 10 minutes drive from the villa.

The apartment is located in the center of the northern coast, which will give you the chance to visit all the major sites, including Mount Etna, the Aeolian Islands, Agrigento and more, in a day trip!

The villa is located in the territory of Campofelice Di Roccella.
Directions:
- From Palermo (75 km), take the highway towards Messina / Catania, exit Buonfornello / Campofelice di Roccella.
- From Trapani (165 km), take the motorway towards Palermo and then for Messina / Catania, exit Buonfornello / Campofelice di Roccella.
- Catania Airport (145 km), take the motorway towards Palermo and exit at Buonfornello / Campofelice di Roccella.
E 'can also reach Campofelice di Roccella by train or bus.

- A security deposit of 200 € will be required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the holiday after checking that there is no damage to the property.

We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
