Leider kein gelungener Urlaub
Leider verlief unser Urlaub nicht nach Plan.
Angefangen hat alles damit, das im Inserat angezeigt wurde dass das Haus in mitten von Vega de San Mateo liegt. In Wirklichkeit lag es aber etwas ausserhalb und ist in etwas 1km von einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt.
Im Haus angekommen haben wir dann den Whirlpool ausprobiert und hatten dabei einen Unfall den wir kaum fassen konnten. Als meine Frau sich nach vorne lehnte um den Whirlpool an der Schalttafel zu bedienen wurde sie am Unterkörper nach unten gezogen.
Zum Glück waren unter Ihr noch meine Beine und mit sehr viel Kraftaufwendung konnte ich Sie damit von unten lösen. Ich hatte danach solche Schmerzen in den Beinen das ich 3-4 Tage die Nächte nicht durchschlafen konnte und spüre das auch heute noch 3 Wochen nach dem Zwischenfall.
Mir wurde dann vom Pool Hersteller und der Vermieterin gesagt das so ein Zwischenfall unmöglich ist und damit war das Thema auch beendet.
Da wir im Januar den Urlaub hatten war es auch nicht so warm und wir haben aus dem Grund etwas mit Heizung gemietet. Leider lief die Heizung nur 8-9 Stunden am Tag und die restliche Zeit gar nicht. Da das Haus nicht gut isoliert ist wurde es in der Nacht sehr kalt im Haus. Als Lösung wurde uns empfohlen Holz kaufen zu gehen und mit dem Kamin zu heizen.
Wir haben uns nach zwei Nächten entschieden das Haus zu verlassen um den Urlaub noch zu retten, zum Glück haben wir noch eine Alternative gefunden.
Im Grossen und Ganzen ein nicht gelungener Urlaub den wir aber nach dem Auszug noch retten konnten.
Wir wollen noch anmerken das es uns nie um Rückerstattung von Geld ging aber man hätte als Vermieter doch kulanter und entgegenkommender sein können.
Und jeder der da in den Urlaub geht, bitte seit vorsichtig mit dem Whirlpool, es kann sehr schnell etwas passieren was wir am eigenen Leib erfahren mussten.
