Luxury 4 bedroom villa situated in a quiet area with garden, swimming pool and barbecue, 10 minutes walk from the town center and a shopping area and 15 minutes from the boarding pier for the island of Tavira.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, has a spacious living and dining area with access to the pool area, flat screen TV with several cable channels and free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen.
Recreation area next to the BB and next to the swimming pool.
Well situated with excellent sea view.
The Villa is 15 min drive from several bathing areas, Manta Rota, Altura, Cabanas, Santa Luzis and Pedras Del Rei and at a distance of 30 km from Faro International Airport.

Great villa in a nice quiet location but close to everything

Lovely villa, clean and well thought out. 10 minute walk into the centre of Tavira. Pool is lovely and great after a day at the beach or to just lounge around all day. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Antonio is lovely and it was good to know we could pick up the phone if we needed anything - we didn't. Great coffee machine too!

Tavira Villa

Overall, the property was great for eight adults, with a private pool, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. We were surprised that the rooms with twin beds had only one twin bed, with a trundle bed on the floor, which may be awkward for some adults. There were some issues with the washing machine, so a house manual with instructions for appliances, - as well as maps and reccos for nearby shops and restaurants - would be useful.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus!

Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter, ein schönes großes Haus in einer guten Lage. Alles da für 6 Personen +18 Mon. Enkel, wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und fürs Kochen+Grillen. Die Betten waren etwas hart und klein, aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmacksache. In der Umgebung Villen mit schönen Gärten, ruhig, bis auf eine Kolone von bäumeschneidenden Arbeitern an einem Tag. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Lovely villa in good location

Really nice stay in tavira at this villa. Everything provided, plenty of towels and kitchenware for our 10 night stay. Pool cold but great for those hot hot days. Villa is only 15/20 mins walk to town or to train station to faro. Only thing we wanted was some shade over the table whilst we ate but we managed to drag the large parasol there! Also there was building work going on on villa behind us which was a bit annoying but there weren't too loud I suppose. We travelled in June 18. The owners are lovely and really helpful

Very pleasant well equipped and comfortable house within easy reach of the centre of Tavira.

Generally our stay in the house was problem-free and relaxing and the owners were very nice and responsive. We also found Tavira to be a very agreeable town. We think future tenants would probably benefit from some instructions for operating equipment (eg TV) as well as a firmer mattress and bedside lamps on both sides in double-bedroom 2 but these are minor points and did not prevent us from having a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful villa, great location and lovely hosts.

The villa is beautiful and really spacious, the photos do not do it justice! The pool is amazing - perfect temperature and really well maintained. The villa has all the facilities you need, such as a well stocked kitchen, BBQ and high quality TV with a load of channels. The location of the villa is perfect. 15 minutes walk into town, with great cafes, bakeries and other shops only a 5 minute walk away. Tavira is a lovely place with tons to do and a great range of restaurants. The beaches are amazing. The hosts were absolutely brilliant. Clear communication from the start and helped with all of our questions. They sorted a cot bed for our child and were very accommodating in relation to a short notice change to our check out time. Really nice people to deal with. We would definitely stay again. Great villa and great hosts.
