Saint-Jean-d'Arves is part of the Sybelles ski area (310 km of slopes, 74 ski lifts, it is also an authentic Savoyard village and a family and friendly resort, with an exceptional panorama of the Aiguilles Arves, at the foot of the Croix de Fer pass.
The south-facing chalet with a large balcony offers a view of the village and the whole valley. The residence consists of 27 wooden chalets.
To recover from a great day of skiing or hiking you have a relaxation area (sauna, hammam, heated outdoor pool)
The spacious and bright 3-room apartment on 43 m2 (5-7 adults) includes a kitchen fitted out on a large living room with tables, low sideboard, 5-seat sofa, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, a bunk bed, a baby cot and a chair booster, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an entrance with a large wardrobe, a ski locker, a balcony with a magnificent 180 ° view of the mountain.
It is equipped with: induction hob, classic oven, microwave grill, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette machine, numerous kitchen and service equipment, vacuum cleaner, large LED TV 120 cm screen. Wifi available.
A free parking space is reserved for you at the foot of the chalet.
In winter :
You can practice the following winter activities: downhill, cross-country, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, quads, snowmobiles, bowling ...
Access to the snow front is done in less than 5 minutes by car without parking problems or by free shuttle at the foot of the chalet.
In summer :

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Bien décoré, fonctionnel (bien équipé) et cocooning. Il y avait une vue magnifique !! La communication avec notre hôte s'est très bien passée, nous recommandons ce logement ! La famille Collieux

Zeer gehorig Appartment met een onvriendelijke gastheer

Het leek in eerste instantie goed. Afgezien vh feit dat de eigenaren alleen Frans spreken, geen woord Engels. Bedlinnen en handdoeken hadden we erbij gehuurd. Bij aankomst was er bedlinnen maar oud en versleten. Geen dekbedden maar wollen dekens… Handdoeken waren ze vergeten… De dame die ingehuurd is door de eigenaar kon het pas ‘s avonds laat brengen. Hebben zelf handdoeken gekocht. Moesten wel voor het bedlinnen betalen. Er was bij aankomst zelfs geen handdoek om je handen aan af te drogen. Woning was stoffig. Hebben eerst alles gestofzuigd want onze zoon heeft erge astma. Woning is erg gehorig. Er zaten mensen boven ons waarvan het leek alsof ze de hele avond op skischoenen liepen en de stoelen wel 100 keer verschoven. Geklaagd bij de eigenaar, geen reactie… Interieur is prima en inventaris ook. Wel hangen er óveral handgeschreven briefjes met wat wel en niet mag… in het Frans… Bij vertrek hebben wij alle bedden afgehaald en alles schoongemaakt en gedweild. Schoonmaakmiddelen waren er maar geen doeken, hebben we zelf maar gekocht. Toen kwam de klap; halverwege onze terugreis kregen we de melding dat het huis ronduit smerig was achtergelaten. Wij waren furieus en zeer beledigd; het was nog netter bij vertrek als dat we het aantroffen bij aankomst! Hebben direct gebeld met de eigenaar maar die sprak weer geen Engels… De inspectie was gedaan door de dame die de handdoeken zou brengen maar die was natuurlijk niet meer te bereiken... Het was een domper op onze vakantie… heel erg spijtig.

Très bon premier séjour en montagne

Appartement bien placé pour faire de nombreuses randonnées. Très fonctionnel, de l'espace, une belle vue. Un petit bémol sur la vmc du chalet qui sort au-dessus de la terrasse( bruit lors des pauses détente sur la terrasse). Très bons souvenirs
