Located in El Cotillo, it is within a short walking distance to most amenities. Local beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the fishing harbour are all within a brief walk.

The apartment has a 25 sq. mtr. / 270 sq. ft. private terrace at the front door that includes sunloungers and an alfresco dining table. The terrace has its own independent gate to access the apartment. You can park your car in front of this gate.

Inside the house, a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom with a private patio, a single bedroom and a bathroom.

The double bed is a premium viscoelastic mattress. Maximum comfort for our guests.

In-depth Cleaning Service: We try to leave a day gap between bookings so that we can provide you with a thorough professional cleaning and disinfection service prior to your arrival.

The apartment is suited to host up to 4 persons. The sofa in the living room has an extra bed that can be unfolded if needed.

The bathroom has a laundry corner with a washing machine to make your trip more comfortable. The private patio has a clothesline and plenty of room to store sport equipment like surfboards, etc.

There are a couple of renowned surfing schools/surfshops 100 meters from the apartment. There is also a Yoga center round the corner.

The main Supermarket and the Sport Centre with all its training facilities (i.e. tennis court, basketball, five-a-side soccer, handball and paddle tennis courts) are also located just a one minute walk away.

Very nice apartment from very friendly hosts :)

We had a really good and relaxed time in El Cotillo.The hosts were so friendly and there is everything you need in the apartement.Everything was very cleaned and well furnished.Also the location in El cotillo is good.The supermarket dino is only 1 minute away and also the restaurants, bars and beaches are reachable in a few minutes .We'd love to come back :)

Convenient base!

Jorge's apartment, is set on a street of similar properties, many owned by locals. Parking is available on the street outside of the apartment, which is on the ground floor only. The living area and kitchen are open plan, featuring a sofa and armchair, with a breakfast bar opposite. The apartment has a flat screen TV, but only news channels were in English, so brush up on your German, if you want any other entertainment! The kitchen area has a large fridge/freezer, sink, hob, toaster, microwave, plus a good selection of crockery & cutlery. Although I didn't cook, it would be quite possible to self cater. There are 2 bedrooms. The main had a comfortable double bed, with a single in the other bedroom. Both rooms had adequate storage for clothing. It was possible to open the windows and doors, with just the slatted outer doors/shutters closed to increase ventilation. I did find the apartment too hot for my tastes, though there is a ceiling fan in the living area. Jorge did supply a small fan for the bedroom, but a full size fan for each bedroom would have been desirable. Outside is a terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, with a shaded area if you don't want too much of a tan! Towards the end of the day, the sun's rays did effect all the terrace and the living area, unless the shutters were closed. All in all I found in a convenient spot to stay, close enough to the beaches, bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the bustle closer to the harbour areas. To experience the Fuerteventura experience, you really do need a hire car to get around and I'd suggest you research the car hire companies before booking as the cheaper ones, often cost a lot more in the long run! Go for the well known names. Finally, thank you Jorge for your attention, being there to help when asked.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und tolle Vermieter

Schon vor Urlaubsstart wurden wir von Jorge schon mit allen Informationen zu Stränden, Ausflügen und Restaurants versorgt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gewürzen, Kaffee, Tee, Riesenkühlschrank und gutes Equipment zum Kochen. Beide Schlafzimmer sehr schön und mit großen Schränken. Südwestlage der Terrasse optimal um auch bei Wind entspannt auf der Liege zu entspannen. Einzig der Ausblick könnte schöner sein. Aber es sollen noch Blumen kommen. Die Lage ist optimal - in 3 Minuten bei schönen Restaurants und Bars, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand und Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Wenn es irgendein Problem gab, war Jorge sofort zur Stelle. Auch toll der flexible checkout - solange bleiben wie man möchte und dann Schlüssel einwerfen. Wir können Wohnung und Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Jorge für Alles!!!

Perfekter Urlaub

Der Vermieter, Jorge, ist sehr nett, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet die benötigt werden. Es war einfach perfekt. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von uns! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Sehr nettes, gut eingerichtetes Häuschen in perfekter Lage

Das kleine Domizil hat von Waschmaschine über Mikrowelle bis zu Außenmöbeln alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Es liegt am Rande der kleinen Stadt, unweit der Steilklippen, der Sonnenuntergang ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt - wunderbar. Supermarkt, Stadtzentrum und Bäcker sind ebenfalls nicht weit, das ist sehr praktisch. Wir kamen zum Wellenreiten und zufällig lag die Surfschule an der gleichen Straße (Fresh Surf, ebenfalls empfehlenswert). Insgesamt war dieses Haus ein guter Griff für unseren Urlaub.

An ideal apartment for our stay

On arrival the owner was there to greet us and show us around the apartment, we were shown how all the amenities worked. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable with all modern facilities. Champagne, chocolates, large fruit bowl and few other extras were really appreciated. The property was is an ideal location, close to both the restaurants and surfing beaches. We would definitely stay there again when we return
