We have created a space that is as easy and relaxed as a beach holiday apartment should be, equipped throughout to a high standard, offering a home from home appeal. A modern space that feels cosy in the evenings and open and bright during the day.The 2 large sun terraces offer the opportunity for outdoor dining and private sunbathing. The apartment is situated in the El Carmen complex that sits on the edge of the small fishing village of El Cotillo on the west coast of the island. The nearest surfing beach (seen from the top sun terrace) is a short walk and the more secluded and sheltered lagoons are only 10 mins walk located at the other side of the village. Of course, if you are a seasoned traveler to Fuerteventura, you will likely have hired a car to take full advantage of the other beautiful beaches on the rest of the island, although of course this is not necessary as there are plenty near by. A taxi from the airport takes about 40 minutes and once at the apartment, there is a well stocked supermarket just across the road, so everything is in easy reach. El Cotillo has a lovely selection of traditional restaurants where you can try locally caught fish or paella or pizza and chips if you prefer ! Away from the bustle of fully inclusive resorts, El Cotillo offers a quiet escape from a traditional resort holiday but with all the home comforts to hand. Surfboard and bike hire are available just 2 mins walk away for those that prefer a more energetic holiday. WiFi is included for up to 2 devices or you can purchase more wifi locally.
