At the gates of Provence and 3 km from the historic center of Uzès, beautiful mazet renovated in the heart of the Gard vineyards and only 1 hour from the Cevennes and Camargue ...

In the middle of nowhere, a gîte adjoining a property of more than 2 ha without other vis-à-vis welcomes you. You can independently recharge your batteries in this charming space with comfort and quality amenities, spread over different areas of relaxation between the living area and the outdoor area.

The housing part: a character cottage of 60m2 air-conditioned and decorated with care including r. D.C .:
- A dining area with fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, 4 gas burners, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster).
-A shower room with wc.
-A cozy lounge area with a sofa bed 140x190cm (daily sleeping comfort), and equipped with a TV and DVD player.
On the floor, you find an independent sleeping space in mezzanine open on the space of life with a bed 2 persons 140x190 cm (bedding of quality), a bed 1 person 90x190 and spaces of arrangement and wardrobe.

The outdoor area welcomes you in different areas of relaxation: dining area at the front and rear of the cottage with barbecue and plancha, a garden, a 7x3m outdoor pool secured and heated from April to September geothermal and its Pool House comfortable (bar / lounge, crockery, shower room and wc), deckchairs and sunbeds, petanque.

An outdoor laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board are available.

Linen, towels and swimming pool will be provided.

A recommander vivement, gîte fantastique!

Nous avons passé 10 jours fantastiques dans cette région qu'on visite depuis des années. Le gîte ainsi que les alentours (piscine, terrain de pétanque, ...) nous ont beaucoup plu, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien. Accueil très sympatique d'Anne et Stéphane. Gîte très propre, endroit calme, à recommander absolument! Juste deux remarques à faire qui pourront être modifiées dans l'annonce: 1) dans l'annonce est marquée "3 chambres avec 5 lits", en fait dans le gîte se trouvent deux chambres avec 2 lits doubles et un canapé-lit dans le living. 2) le gîte est juste au rez-de-chaussée, le premier étage est occupé par des habitants. Merci pour tout, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement!
