This 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home is located in a quite and safe neighborhood just minutes from the UT campus. Fully remodeled in 2015 this split level home features an open floor plan living/kitchen area with french doors opening to a large back patio. The house has a master suite with en suite facilities on the third floor along with two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located in the basement with two twin beds and a 1/2 bath. Cable and wifi provided. Open to corporate or longer term rentals.

Perfect!

We rented the house for my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect for our out of state family. And close to grocery stores. We were able to relax around the house and enioy each others company instead of worrying about eating out during the busy weekend. The house was very comfortable also. Easy check in process also.

Beautiful woods in backyard

The house was in a great quiet location and the big backyard was nice to sit and watch the birds. The house was spacious and in walking distance to stores. We are thankful for the stay.
