About this property

the apartment consists of a large bedroom that houses a double bed and a single bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub, there is a washing machine that can be used by two apartments outside there is a beautiful gazebo that can be used for relaxation or for lunches and dinners always in common agreement with the other inhabitants of the house.

the apartments are part of a house where my mom and sister also live. the outdoor spaces are shared and accessible by everyone you can park inside the courtyard, the house is completely fenced and is accessed via an electric gate

the presence of my family is constant and they live in the apartments above the two we rent.

it is a very quiet and safe neighborhood of villas, you can take nice walks even at night. the normal rules of good behavior with the neighborhood must be respected

the beach can also be reached on foot in a few minutes, the closest is a free beach of white stones, if you prefer the sand you have to get to the north of marotta 3 km or to cesano 5 km really a stone's throw away you will find a fantastic butcher shop, a small bar, a tobacconist, and also a Eurospin supermarket and soap and water

sheets and towels are not provided for the stay.

the municipality of Mondolfo always organizes nice events both in Marotta and Mondolfo 5 km you can download this MyMondolfoMarotta app or go to the website (URL HIDDEN) to see all the appointments and their respective dates. we have an innocent and cute little dog who sometimes walks outdoors, and some duck who lives in a fenced space

Absolutely perfect place to stay

The apartment was very clean very quiet very private. You had your own outside eating area and somewhere to hand your clothes to dry after the beach . The beach was a 5 minute walk and shops were two minutes so very central for a long lazy week away enjoying the sun and beach. Lucia wax the best hostess you could have very helpful when we had a problem with our bikes and offered us a lift to the station when we left but also gave you your privacy. I really can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend the apartment it had everything you needed a real home from home feel . Thank you Lucia for making our stay special x
