About this property

Modern and airy cottage close to Bristol & Bath

3 Cloverlea Cottages is one of three contemporary cottages situated in a small courtyard in the owners garden. Recently converted to a high standard the cottage has a light airy feel with modern furniture and underfloor heating throughout. They have been designed with comfort in mind.

The lounge has floor to ceiling windows, leather bed settee and TV. There is a small dining table to make dining comfortable. The modern kitchen has high gloss units, built under oven & glass hob with extractor over, built in fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are all provided.

The bedroom has modern wall to wall wardrobes providing plenty of storage. The beds are luxurious with a choice of super king or twin beds(please state your preference when booking). TV, iron and hairdryer add to your comfort.

The bathroom is fully tiled with heated towel rail, overhead lighting and shelves. There is a bath with shower over. Chrome fittings complete the modern look.

Free WiFi is provided and there is parking for two cars per cottage.

The cottage is suitable for the less mobile

All three cottages can be booked for larger groups.

Ideal base

Easy access to property and warm welcome, with thanks for the water, milk and biscuits. Everything as described and in the photos. Overall more spacious than we expected. All facilities were excellent including a good powerful hot shower. Nice to be able to sit out and relax after a day away. Good location away from the buzz but within easy reach of a number of places including Badminton Horse Trials which was our reason for visiting the area.

Lovely holiday cottage

We really enjoyed our stay, Janice is lovely and we were very lucky she let us stay for a whole month as we really struggled to find anywhere. We would definitely go back, my partner still can’t get over the folding skills of the bed linens! Although the internet struggled at times, it was still enough for me to work from home and maintain a connection on zoom. The area is beautiful with lots of lovely pubs near by and only a short drive into Bristol. Thank you so much for a great stay! Alyssa & Tom

A good place to stay. Close proximity to the motorway, so easy access to surrounding areas. Clean and comfortable place, only downside was highly chlorinated water. Ended up getting some bottled water to use for teas and babies bottles. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Een heel mooi huisje met een keuken erbij die zeer netjes was en een kleine woonkamer. Bedden lagen heerlijke en de badkamer was heel netjes. Alleen hebben we de eigenaars niet gezien, was jammer. We konden wel contact met hun opnemen. Je moet wel een auto hebben om er te komen.

A countryside feel close to Bristol. A clean and pleasant property with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay, seeing central Bristol, some of the towns around, playing golf and walking, and a few cycle rides for my husband. A relaxing stay and most enjoyable.

3 Cloverlea Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay. The cottage had everything we needed and was very practical, clean and comfortable. it was very well furnished in a smart contemporary style. Location was ideal for visiting Bristol and surrounding areas. Would definitely use cottage again!
