Each cottage sleeps 2 with the facility to accommodate a further two people on a bed settee in the lounge area. There is a modern and light living area with floor to ceiling windows, leather settee and TV. The kitchen area is equipped with electric hob, built in cooker& fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. A small table makes dining easy.

There is a choice of twin beds or a super king bed in the spacious bedroom. Modern fitted wardrobes provide plenty of storage. There is a TV & hairdryer, plus all bed linen & towels are supplied.

1 & 2 Cloverlea cottages have modern bathrooms with walk-in shower making life easier for the less mobile. Fully tiled with a large mirror, over head lighting and heated towel rail. 3 Cloverlea has a bath with shower over.

There is underfloor heating throughout the property and parking for two cars per cottage.

The properties are situated adjacent to the Kendleshire golf course, one of the regions premier golf courses with 27 holes in 260 acres. Also nearby is the Players, Thornbury & Woodlands golf courses.
The Windmill Fisheries offers fishing along with Bitterwell Lake, which is within walking distance.
Bristol is 5 miles away with its historic harbour, famous churches and excellent shopping facilities.
Georgian Bath is 15 miles with its wonderful architecture and world famous Roman baths and spa.

With easy access to both M4 &M5, it is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds with its idyllic villages, the regency town of Cheltenham and picturesque Castle Combe.
