Comfortable and homey décor. Everything you need to stay for a weekend, week or longer with fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. All linens and towels that you could need for any length stay. Television in living room and bedroom and also wifi. Even updated books and magazines for your reading enjoyment. Short boardwalk to beach and swimming pools. Gym, tennis court, basketball goals, volleyball, and playground for children. PARK PASS to all SC parks. Our rate includes the gate pass for one vehicle and there is no extra cleaning fee.

My husband and I absolutely loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. Everything was exactly as expected or better. It.was.a.pleasure.dealing with the owners, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back as often as possible!

Great location

This is a beach front property, with a great view, nice deck, and a short walk to the beach. Also close to the pool. Owners were wonderful to work with. We would stay here again.

My daughters and I enjoyed this nice condo with easy access to the beach and amazing views! We also took advantage of great restaurants and the gate pass to Hunting Island. Good weather also contributed to our very enjoyable visit.

We enjoyed our first stay at Harbor Island. The condo is in a great location steps from the beach and two pools. Right across the street is another pool and little gift shop. Condo has everything you need for your stay.

Wonderful visit

The island and the condo are wonderful. Lots of wildlife, exploring local towns/ports, and beach-time. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’ll be back.

Our favorite place in Harbor Island!

We love this condo. This was our third stay here and we plan to return again later this year! It’s perfect for our family! It’s clean, has everything we need, and is located close to the pools and beach. The park pass is an added bonus that we love to use. Ann is very responsive and super helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

This condo is the best we have stayed in on Harbor Island, and we have stayed in 5 or 6 over the past 25 years. It has just what you want and need without frilly things that take up room. We will always choose this condo for our beach vacations.

Great location!

Perfect fit for the weekend as we had a nearby golf tournament. Frigid weather so I hate we couldn’t take advantage of any of the wonderful amenities.

We live in Rincon, Georgia which is just north of Savannah. We purchased the property with the intention that it will be our retirement home someday. Presently we are employed part time and have other considerations which keep us in Rincon. But Harbor Island is close enough for us to visit on the weekends or even run over for just a day. Earl is a war veteran and former body building champion and I (Ann) am a national and world champion powerlifter who continues to do personal training.

Why they chose this property

When we visited this property we simply fell in love with the area. It was not the hustle and bustle of Hilton Head and we enjoy the quieter atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The ocean view from the back deck is just beautiful and it is so peaceful to just sit there and listen to the ocean waves break.
