Speedwell is an immaculate terraced cottage, one minute walk from Charlestown's harbour and sandy beach. The cottage can sleep four people and has three bedrooms, a king-size double, further double and single plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a gas fire. Outside is a courtyard garden with furniture and there is off road parking for two cars. Located within easy reach of the pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries of Charlestown Speedwell is perfect for couples and families.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner. smart TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent, wood and kindling for the first fire. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot(120x160 cm) and high chair available. Parking for two cars on private dead end road. Enclosed courtyard garden. One pet welcome at £30 per week, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Sorry no smoking. Pub within a 3 minute walk. Beach 2 minute walk. Shop less than two miles.

The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 20 minutes' drive away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles, with Newquay and North Cornwall coast only a 35 minute drive away by car.
