This was our fourth year and it was just as perfect as the first three. The house is great for our group--lots of space and privacy as well as ample gathering space for all of us. Lou is a gracious and accessible host.

Cove Experience

Absolutely lovely property in a great location. It is well appointed and perfect for families. There are water views and even an ice cream stand nearby. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

Fabulous house!

This was our family's third time at Tip Top and we loved it, as always. Lou is a generous and accessible host and the house is beautiful. The photos are accurate, but it is even better in real life. Our family has room for space and privacy as well as together time. Everyone agrees that this house is just perfect!

As others have noted, the photos in the listing are accurate but the reality is even WAY better! It is secluded and quiet, with space and privacy for all of our family. The top floor is spectacular, with a fabulous deck and enormous great room. Adults and children were comfortable and happy. Lou is a generous and accessible host. We loved it!

Tip Top is truly tip top!

What a beautiful, special property! We loved the large, open deck and the spectacular views. The house is well equipped, comfortable and spotless! Would definitely return.

The property was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Photos we viewed online were lovely, but paled in comparison when we stepped in the front door. Well appointed bedrooms, baths are located on the first and second floors. Since our adult children were joining us from various parts of the country, it offered space and privacy. When you go up to the top/main floor, it's a very spacious and well planned. The decor is perfect in shades of light aqua, blue and green. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck has a great view of Christmas Cove. The owner has been very helpful. She provided us with a list of points of interest, which were excellent recommendations. The quaint coast town of Damariscotta is close by with many restaurants, pubs and shops. Booth Bay Harbor is also a short jaunt away. This has been one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in awile. We would definitely return! Thank you, L. for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful home with private yard and spectacular view!

Our family loved the house and surrounding area. The home was very spacious and every morning we took scenic walks to the marina. Lou, the host was very accommodating and thoughtful. We are looking forward to creating more memories there in the future.
