Please note we have indoor carpeted wide stairs to get to the apartment, the building does not have elevators.

Happy House

I was regimes to this location when the place I had booked had an issue. This place was a little in prepares - I swept up a few dust bunnies but otherwise it was a great place for me. The deck suffers from residual soot left after fires but I only noticed that after my pure-white-and-just-groomed-for-travel service dog Han been lying down there. But who else would know? We’d definitely go back and, as I said, this was a quick change of site and Im sure the owner would be mor prepared next time

Berkeley has an eclectic vibe with intellectuals, artists, families and environmentalists to name just a few. The free thinking and sunshine filled neighborhoods make it friendly for anyone!

The apartment is spacious and quiet and is full of light and air and views! The unit has high ceilings and wood flooring. Separate fully stocked kitchen, and a separate closet room.
The bathroom has a shower over tub.
Peaceful and serene. Its a perfect apartment for one person for study purposes or work. TV with Netflix. Beautyrest Black series Hotel Quality Queen size mattress. Desk with chair and sofa to relax. There is a cute dining nook in kitchen by a sunfilled window.
