Villa Zetna - Reborn historical beauty on the seashore

Villa Zetna is situated in small picturesque village of Ruskamen (Lokva Rogoznica) near town of Omiš, Croatia. Villa stands out as the most attractive part of Holiday Village Sagitta settlement. Its micro location is very unique as it is positioned facing the Adriatic sea in a beautiful pine forest just a few meters from a pebble beach. Villa Zetna and Holiday Village Sagitta share a sweet water outdoor pool. Decoration style of the villa would be easiest to describe as a synergy between modern and traditional Mediterranean style. It is equipped for accommodation of 8 persons, it has 3 double rooms and 1 twin room, a luxurious living room with a dining space, kitchen with many different appliances, wellness – sauna, Jacuzzi, exercise equipment, office room and a terrace with breathtaking view of island Brač canal. Two double rooms on the first floor are en suite and two other rooms (double and twin room) of the second floor are connected with adjoining bathroom. Two rooms on each floor have the access to the tower part of the villa. As the villa with its rich history respects the tradition of our region Dalmatia, in its complex there is a small stone smoke house with a fireplace and a dining space in the courtyard. Villa also has its own covered parking lot. In front of the villa there is a small deck with sunbeds and hanging armchair enabling residents to enjoy in all aromas of the beautiful garden which surrounds it.
