About this property

HOUSE IN DENIA (PLAYA DEVESES)

Beach house located 10km from the center of Denia.

It is located 50m from one of the best beaches in Denia (Les Deveses), with fine white sand.

The accommodation has a garden with a barbecue at the front and a covered terrace at the rear.

Pets are not accepted inside the house, but they can be without problems in the backyard (covered).

The accommodation consists of 3 rooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed). In addition in the living room there is also a sofa bed (very comfortable) suitable for two more people.

It also consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a storage room with a freezer chest.

At the front (towards the beach) there is a large garden with a porch and barbecue, and at the rear (with easy parking at the door, there is a covered patio-terrace.

The water supply comes from its own motorized well. Suitable for shower use.

A house complete with all the comforts, perfect for spending a few days in Denia.

Une casita très agreable

Super accueil d'Antonio dans sa maison familiale qui possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour en famille: boissons fraîches au frigo, conseils de visite, souplesse des horaires d'arrivée et de départ... La casita est proche des belles plages de sable fin et des grands axes pour visiter le secteur. Seul regret, les grosses chaleurs de cette année nous ont obligées a dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car il n'y a pas de clim dans la maison et la route a côté est particulièrement passante... mais cela ne nous a absolument pas empêché de passer de chouettes vacances avec nos deux enfants. Merci Antonio !

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. A house has got everything you need. Great outdoors space. Beach is beautiful, white soft sand, warm and shallow sea. Location is great as well, the beach is just in front of you. Thank you for everything from all of us ☺️☺️

Cocina muy vieja . No hay tazas de café . En general todo es de hace 50 años . Creo que deberían reformar bastante las instalaciones . Además el precio es un poco caro por lo que te ofrecen y la situación del covid .

Muy buena experiencia

Experiencia buenísima, la casa esta muy bien ubicada, justo tienes la playa enfrente, limpia y con dos patios bastante grandes donde puedes hacer barbacoa tambien. La experiencia con el dueño ha sido ejemplar, muy atento a todo y con grandes detalles. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

En general la casa es muy comoda y esta muy limpia y tiene un gran patio delante y otro detras. Dispone de un gran surtido de ropa de hogar y la cocina tiene un menaje muy completo, ademas de todo tipo de productos de limpieza e higiene. Incluso tienen el detalle de dejar agua embotellada en la nevera para el primer dia. Solo echamos de menos el horno que no funcionaba.

La estancia ha sido inmejorable ,buscabamos una casita familiar , acogedora, cerca de la playa y con espacio para nuestra mascota y esta casa ha cumplido con creces todas nuestras necesidades, los propietarios son muy amables y quiero comentar, por si hay alguien que dude entre apartamento o casa , que he tenido la oportunidad de comparar con un apartamento cercano , en el que ha estado un familiar y solamente el hecho de tener de todo lo imprescindible a nuestra llegada ( hablo de papel wc, gel de baño....hasta aceite para poder cocinar) ya marca una diferencia para mi, abismal, no solo en el trato, sino tambien en la consideracion que han tenido estas personas al valorar que los turistas no somos un monedero que hay que vaciar dandonos cualquier cosa . Gracias Antonio, la estancia ha sido corta pero creo que inmejorable.
