Binissalem is a well-known area for its vineyards and production of exquisite wines.

great house, with a perfect layout

great house, with a perfect layout: spacious living room, kitchen,terrace & garden comfy beds and en suite bathrooms with each room! Everything was well looked after, the house Was clean and the garden beautifully kept. We had to work for a Day, and internet was string enough to Support 4 of us working simultaneously! definitely recommend Staying here: for work as well as for vacation for a group of friendsFamilies!

House looks actually better than in the pictures

House looks actually better than in the pictures. Impeccable cleanliness, inside and outside, all is neat. The plot is large, nicely landscaped and very quiet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient for a group. All the amenities you need for a relaxed vacation are available in this villa. Overall the house was so comfortable that we did not go out as much as we initially planned to -)

Group of cyclists on spring vaccation

Very nice and modern house with great social areas and storage for parking bikes. Great pool and patio for relaxation and a glass of Cava. Good location for cycling but you need a car for going to dinner in Binissalem or other nearby towns. The aircon didn't work in one of the bedrooms. There are way to few wineglasses (three) and Cava glasses (four). The kitchen hatches needs fixing.

The house is located 20 minutes drive from Palma city center and airport

The house is located 20 minutes drive from Palma city center and airport. With a car your are strategically located to reach any corner of the islands within a hour drive. Outside of the property is spotless, with a very spacious garden surrounded by wine and olives fields. The house inside is comfortable but could be better kept (especially the kitchen). The overall cleaning is not amazing, with bathrooms having hairs of previous guests and ants in the kitchen. Wifi is also not super strong.

Paradise in rural Mallorca

It doesn't really get any better. The villa exceeded expectations, the photos don't really do it enough justice. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The only sounds to be heard out in this area are chickens, a donkey and the occasional dog. At nighttime the only sounds are the birds, owls and crickets. The management company reply to your emails almost immediately. In fact one evening when we had no water I emailed them at 2030pm and there was an engineer in the doorstep less than an hour later. A couple of negatives, the wifi was very inconsistent and some days you couldn't really use it. Also an information pack would be ideal on how to work things, what to do with rubbish and how to work the electric gates etc.... Also the map given made it look like the first villa in the road was ours when in fact it was the second turning. The villa is perfect for visiting lots of nearby places like the fashion outlet, Palma, Soller, Alcudia and the Fan shopping centre. All in all we would definitely visit again.

Wir waren zu sechst (Mädelsrunde) in dem Haus und absolut begeistert! Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und super sauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Kontakt war immer schnell und freundlich, sogar das vergessene Parfüm einer Freundin wird uns jetzt hinterhergeschickt – top Service! Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und hatten einen rundum entspannten Urlaub. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Eine sehr schöne Finka in Mitten der Insel

Eine sehr schöne Finka in Mitten der Insel, wo man mit dem Auto fast alles innerhalb von 30min erreichen kann. Vor allem der Garten und Pool sind ein Traum, aber auch die Finka selbst lässt aus unserer Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und unsere Erwartungen wurden übererfüllt. Gern kommen wir hierher noch einmal.

Très belle villa, équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut

Très belle villa, équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. La localisation est parfaite, complêtement au calme et au milieu de l'ile ce qui permet de se déplacer partout en ayant une voiture. Les hôtes nous ont donné des informations très claires pour aller à la villa. Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine très agréable et les différentes pièces très bien équipées.

Super Unterkunft an ruhiger, herrlicher Lage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Betreuung war auch gut, hat alles geklappt. Strom- und Kurtaxe nicht inklusive, daher muss man für 2 Wochen mit 200 Euro Mehrkosten rechnen.

Une villa très calme et très paisible. Idéalement proche du grand axe routier, c’est facile d’accès pour visiter l’île. La villa est parfaite pour se reposer et la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Logement impeccable et la réactivité de notre hôte est irréprochable. Je recommande.
