CASA DI STELLA (citra 011022-LT-0078) Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Ideal for a peaceful stay, excellent for families, couples and singles. The apartment consists of two independent bedrooms with bathroom, satellite and terrestrial TV and air conditioning. the kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and all the accessories for your stay. In the apartment there is also the laundry area. The place where it is located is called Fezzano and is the third and last town in the municipality of Portovenere. it is about 4 km from the station and can be reached by bus line "P" towards Portovenere, which in turn is 4 km from the apartment. The historic center is located near the station accessible by the same line. From some places of the year you can take advantage of the boat that will take you to the whole Cinque Terre national park by sea, Lerici, Tellaro, Portofino and Palmaria island, if you also want the city of La Spezia. , restaurants, hairdresser and tobacconist food.
The village beach is 50 meters from the house, where you can sunbathe and relax in complete tranquility. There is also a sports field and a playground for the little ones where they can play and have fun away from city traffic
The tourist tax that will be paid locally will be € 2 per day per person

Great Apartment near Cinque Terre

Salvatore provided great communication and was super accommodating and helpful with the check in process. The kitchen is very nicely equipped, and the beds and bathrooms are comfortable. The apartment was very clean and overall quite comfortable for our group of three adults.

Lovely little spot

The apartment was spotless and Salvatore and his business partner were extremely helpful and accomodating. The location to catch the ferry to Conque Terre was perfec….literally a few steps from the apt. There is a cafe next door. Perfect setting to experience life in a quaint Italian setting.

Overall very clean, cute but very small... 2 bedrooms but better to stay there 2 adults. Only the kitchen is the leaving space. No Balcony but park other side of the street. Owner very gentle. have your google translator, he speaks only italien. The restaurents nearby good and not very expensive.

Disappointed,after waiting so long to come to this area. Nothing to do in Fezzano, the locals were very unfriendly. We travelled around Italy and here was the most unfriendly people. The apartment is badly equipped. No WiFi too!

Hübsch, sauber, etwas laut, schöne Basis für Ausflüge in die Region

Hübsche Wohnung in einem kleinen idyllischen Dorf am Meer. Das Highlight ist der traumhafte Blick auf den Hafen. Durch das Restaurant vor der Haustüre etwas laut, solange das Fenster auf ist und es gibt leider keinen Balkon oder Garten. Schöne Basis für Tagesausflüge in die Region. Hier gibt es viele schöne Ziele. Der Strand im Ort ist sehr klein und steinig aber meine Jungs wollten eh lieber auf den kleinen Fußballplatz. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Woche verlebt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich.

Tutto perfetto

Fezzano è un paese-gioiello sul mare, posizione strategica per visitare Cinque Terre e Portovenere. La casa è davvero ben attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza in tutti comfort. Il proprietario Salvatore ci ha accolti con la massima attenzione e disponibilità, veramente gentile. Noi abbiamo due bambine che hanno adorato passeggiare in tutta tranquillità in paese e al parco giochi sotto casa. Consiglio questo alloggio a tutti per trascorrere una vacanza davvero rilassante!

We longed for more time here!

Our family of four agrees that our stay at Casa di Stella was one of the best parts of our 2 week trip to Italy. We only stayed 2 nights but we were sad to leave and we wish we had time to stay longer. We traveled all over Italy and our stay here was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The property was not huge, but with the sea and cute town right outside the door, who wanted to be inside anyway? The accommodations were perfectly maintained and have obviously been redone recently. Salvatore was the consummate host, waiting for us when we arrived and in touch immediately if we had questions or needed him. The apartment is a one bed, one bath with kitchen and a separate attached lock-off 1 bed and bath which was the perfect set up for us with 2 teen girls who need their own bathroom. There is a steep set of stairs to climb from the street to enter the building so folks with mobility issues should be aware. For us the stairs were no problem and allowed us the beautiful view of the water out the kitchen window. We enjoyed slowing down and getting a taste of what it was like to be a local in this small town. We had everything we needed outside the door with a convenience store down the street, a coffee shop and bar and several restaurants right on the water just across from the apartment. We definitely loved our stay and hope to return one day soon!

The layout was not ideal for two couples travelling together. There was no living space and the bedrooms were adjoining. The power went out when a couple of electrical items were in use.
